I would rate the site 5 stars the presentation the product and the price was amazing but all that goes down the drain when you ship out boxes of jars in a huge box with only one small bubble wrap around them so they bounce around and crack and break! Please figure out your shipping I’ll go back to paying a little more to make sure my products show up in one piece!

Two shipments in a row arrived damaged. Very poor packing. Boxes not sealed. They did replace all damaged or missing bottles, but I still lost hours of productive time sorting, inspecting, and removing damaged bottles. Twice in a row now.

Overall, everything was very good: bottles and caps are of good quality and they arrived in a short amount of time. The only problem I have is that I had to order bottles by the dozen and caps in quantities of 50. So when I ordered 9 dozen (108) bottles I had to order 150 caps to go along with them. But that's really has to do with the type of cap that I bought. Other caps from your company were available by the cap, so I would've been able to order 108 caps to match. Seems kind of trivial but I had to spend $8 I wouldn't have otherwise.

This is my second attempt to leave a review since my first one was rejected for containing a disallowed word. POD works much harder to protect their image than they do my personal information. My order was shipped on June 3, and finally arrived on June 15, after many calls and emails to both Packaging Options Direct and FedEx. FedEx tracking history showed a long string of address 'problems', corrections, and failed attempts to deliver to what was very obviously not my address. POD said it was FedEx's problem and to contact them, and FedEx said it was POD's problem and to contact them. It left POD bearing a shipping label with my correct name and address, but somehow during transit another label was applied, with another version of my name that had not been anywhere in my order information, and someone else's address which I have never lived at. A third shipping label was applied over the first two, with an alternate version of my name and the correct address. After receiving it, I peeled back the second and third labels and saw that the original label was undamaged. All of this strongly suggests identity t!@*t and I noted this to both POD and FedEx. POD claimed the problems were entirely FedEx's and POD had no responsibility, warned me that the customer service reps at FedEx don't speak English very well, and declined to help any further. Since POD chose to ship my order through FedEx, they do bear some professional responsibility to make sure my order gets to me safely, i.e. without identity t!@*t via the shipper. tl;dr Packaging Options Direct: Unreliable, Unprofessional, Uninterested in customers.

Had a shipping problem with the first order, but company stepped in to fix it. Packaging is excellent so nothing broken. Some items are delayed so that's why only 4 stars. Customer service seems to be on the ball, so that's also a good sign. Previous company I dealt with over 10 years lessened their quality so hoping this company is the answer. So far....good.

The glass jars are working okay so far. A few had small air bubbles within the glass. This was reported to customer service and a refund was issued. The jar sizes are wider and shorter than preferred (no size dimensions were shown on the website). Other than the sizing, the jars have worked out fine and the shipping/packaging were very good.

Package arrive very quick and was the least expensive I could find. Only issue is some of the caps do not fit on the bottles properly. about 1 in every 10 caps fits lopsided on the bottles. other than that it is great.

Delivery is quick and responsive. However, some of the plastic containers I've received have warps and bubbles indicative of second level materials. From every batch of 100 containers I can expect about 4 or 5 of them to be warped which is not good.

There was one broken jar. Because of this it took a lot of extra time wiping the other 79 jars to make sure all they were all free of tiny glass pieces. I understand this was probably the fault of the handlers in the delivery process.

I can't express how delighted I am to finally have another 5-gallon glass jug; 2 actually, because I wanted to have twice the storage capacity. Glass, by far, is the best substance to store water, or any other liquid(s) in, water being the most ideal, especially for purity and resistance to bacteria!
