  I LOVE my tonneau cover. I got the RetraxOne MX and my husband and I installed it on a 2018 Nissan Frontier. It took 2-3 hours but was easy enough once we understood the directions. Customer service was great. Price was the lowest-they price match. AND FREE SHIPPING. We live two hours away from anyplace that sells truck bed covers and I went there first. But because of Covid and reduced factory hours tonneau covers were out of stock and they had no idea when they would be able to get them. So, I went online. This is the place! Two comments about the actual cover. 1) It would be nice if there was a handle to pull the cover closed. 2) It would be good if the allen wrench needed to adjust the lock was included. Why can't the allen wrench provided to tighten screws be the same size as the one needed for the lock? There is a very small difference in size. I haven't had a chance to see if it is watertight but it seems like it will be. Again, great product and great service.

  I love the product! It looks great!! It took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it was worth the wait! As a tip, look up the YouTube video of how to install prior to attempting it yourself. But definitely something I will recommend to a friend!

  It too long to get, I was told it was 4 weeks and it took 5 weeks and that was after threatening to cancel the order. No followed up on the timing of the arrival date. It would have been nice to get an email weekly stating when the order was scheduled to ship and whether it was on time.

  Great cover but after having watched the 2017 SEMA video demonstration I was expecting to get an automatic pro rod. Didn’t happen I called factory and was informed that it never made production.   Sorry to leave a bad review. Everyone I talked to was very nice. I placed a large order and was told everything was going to be in in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later still missing parts that keep me from assembling everything. And a few parts were never actually ordered. Went on amazon and 3 days later I had what I needed. Hate to Say anything negative because amazon is taking over the world. But, maybe this is why.

  Would have given 5 stars except....the only issue with the cover is that the cover overlaps the velcro hooks along both sides and doesn't allow contact for the full width of the velcro binding. It still attaches, but not as secure as it would if the hooks/loops were better aligned. All else is perfect and the cover does all that I anticipated.

  The product was back ordered. Which I understand happens. However they did not keep me aware of updated info on the product. They took the money quick, but nothing for weeks. When the product did arrive it had no instructions. Which I could figure out assembly but it seemed cheap and unprofessional, especially from Thule.

  Price was good, salesman was knowledgeable, my only complaint is, the saleman told my cover would come directly from the factory so they would contact me with shipping info. Noone let us know anything, the cover just showed up several weeks later, luckily we were at home at the time.

  They do have the best price but didn’t have the cover I ordered and never told me until I called 2 weeks later. Then they said it was in back order. I ended up getting another cover from them but they charged expedited shipping cost to get it to me quick. Still a better price with that cost but I thought they would cover the cost since I had waited for other one so long

  I knew in advance which brand/model I wanted from having one on a previous truck (BakFlip M4), but this one I installed myself. The pkg arrived intact and had all the needed components. Prior to it arriving, I had a VERY helpful chat with one of their online consultants, who recommended using RTV silicone to seal the edges AND he offered some free weatherstripping to see the tailgate. All in all I'd recommend them, and the BakFlip to anyone. Models are specific to a make/model/year of a truck, so it fit perfectly.

  The staff may seem casual, but believe me they are focused on customer service. I ordered a Yakima system for my pickup truck, which included two bicycle carriers. As you probably realize this virus tsunami has created tremendous pressure on anything remotely recreational related. I was on a deadline for these recreational related items and the TonneauFactory Outlet knew that. They advocated for me and made certain that I got all my deliveries on time. Price + Customer Service makes it very easy for me to highly recommend them.

  My order was very late. I paid over a hundred dollars extra to purchase from Tonneau Factory because they said my order would arrive 7/15, in time for my family's camping trip. It didn't arrive until 7/26, AFTER the cheaper one would have arrived. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING.

  The rails I received to mount the cover did not fit my truck.had to but new factory tie down rails at $400 and they still didn't fit. Consumer service could not tell me what tie down rail they did fit. The sent me a retrofit rail at no cost to me. They fit but these rails move around and aren't very secure
