  I was hoping that I would get the chance to do a review. So here it is . I am not getting paid for this review . I can tell you iam a bargain shopper . And I was really sceptical about tonneaucover.com being a real store / site. I did some homework on the computer by looking a fourm questions and I found a handful of guys with lots of posts saying they were real and they received their stuff fast. I got a great price from them for a set o amp extreme steps for my 2020 ram with a 6 inch lift .I ordered Thursday afternoon and where delivered by FedEx on Saturday morning . So there it is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. They are CHEAPEST . They are FAST and they are REAL . I hope this helps people pull the trigger on buying from them . Over the top happy.

  I got a great price on the Bakflip MX4, unfortunately the package was delayed over five times and took 2 weeks to receive. It was not TonneauCovered fault but F***X, the package was really beat up and I thought I would have to file a claim but luckily it was packed well and there was no damage.

  Easy to research items on website. I got quotes on two items. Decided what I wanted after a couple days and received an email with an additional flash sale discount. Called and confirmed item and placed order on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday. Placing order was quick/easy and shipping beat any of my expectations. Price was best I could find on the planet. I haven’t installed it yet but looks like a quality product with no shipping damage. I highly recommend using this vendor and would order from them again.

  The only reason why I didn’t go 5 star is because I was contacted 3 more times about buying the cover after I had already purchased it. Just need to upgrade the system to eliminate that problem in the future. Also would be nice to complete the process online without having to wait for someone to contact you.   I ordered a cover on the dec27 and was told 3to5 business days, then once they had my cash it became January 30 estimated time so I called and canceled and sent a email on January 5 I finally talked to someone on the Jan 9th and was told they would refund my money but on the 10th I get a tracking number l ordered one from real truck last Wednesday the 4th and I had on the 9th these people seem to be shady to me I wouldn't recommend

  I had questions after I received my initial quote, some were answered and some weren’t. It was around the end of the year holidays so I went ahead and purchased. Didn’t receive much of shipping info/notification until the day before it arrived but everything showed up in about two weeks time even with Christmas and the New Year being in there. All the parts/pieces look good from initial unboxing. Best price around hands down! Have yet to install but assuming it’ll all work as planned.

  Best price I could find for the BakFlip MX4. I didn't like that I had to email and call for pricing. I almost didn't buy from your store because of the inconvenience and waste of my valuable time. Click and pay would've made the experience much better. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted at a great price but not happy with what it took to get there. Imagine how many sales you lose by not giving a price up front. I almost bought from Amazon or Ebay at a higher price even after I got a quote because all the back and forth to get there was a pain, not to mention all the sales material you sent once you got your hooks in me. Strange retail strategy.

  I initially thought I was being scammed as I was told by a representative that the cover I bought would ship 3-5 business days after placing my order and I received no shipping information during that time. Customer service was always quick to respond and assured me that they would send the info when Retrax shipped the cover. 13 days after placing my order I received the shipping and tracking info and it arrived 2 days later without any damage and with all parts. The cover was $1200 dollars CHEAPER than the highly rated dealer near me and I couldnt be happier with it. Kudos to Shaun and his team for reliable service!

  The cover looks awesome. I have not installed it yet because the truck I ordered is not in yet and wanted to get the black Friday discount. The first cover I received had two small dents in the underside most likely due to FedEx because they are horrible about handling and placing merchandise here. I called TonneauCovered to ask them if they had any secrets to get the dents out because I wasn't going to ask for a new cover but they sent me another anyhow. TonneauCovered was awesome but I regret giving my email. Since I bought it I get 2 or 3 emails a day from an employee Shaun Howard advising me of sales and asking if I am still looking for a cover. I told him I already purchased one from his company and to quit sending so many emails to me. I emailed him twice directly and he assured me it would stop now that he knew I already purchased one from them. Well I continue to get 2 or 3 emails each day so I am forced to unsubscribe. Nice product and they stand by it ...... but sick of all the emails just like a telemarketer.... otherwise they would be 5 star if it wasn't for Shaun's emails!

  I was skeptical at first with the low prices but they have definitely changed my mind and I will try to order all my accessories through them now. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks to get my cover. I ordered it the Friday after Thanksgiving and it arrived Monday. Unfortunately one of the rails was damaged in shipping by FEDEX (you can see the exact part of the box where they dropped it on the corner and bent the rail) I call the manufacturer and they are sending me new one with in 5 days. Brendon was great in handling my order and replacement. Y’all need to carry more accessories at such great prices. Would highly recommend I saved over $100

  They told me most orders would ship in two weeks. Mine took 5 weeks. When I called for an update after two weeks they gave me a two week extension for it to be shipped. When I called after that two weeks they wouldn’t even return my call. Not excited about their follow through. Price was good. Service not so much.

  They gave me a great deal on my tonneau, and after mentioning I was also buying a Yakima rack system, they were able to source that as well. Ask for lead times before ordering, I was surprised by the delay on some items, and others were backordered without an ETA. I was able to get a credit back on that part are source it elsewhere, but would have been nice to know before ordering.

  Said made in USA on box,open box, Gas struts are from China. Snap, on cover came off before I even used it. Center support rail can not come out, until you disassemble outside rails, extremely tight. Not suppose to be like that. Not very good, from a quality standpoint. I expect junk made in China, to be like this , not USA made.

  Cover is really great good value and easy to install the only thing I would change is the BAKFlip design the rails need to be able to be longer to go to bulk head to create a better seal

  The site made it easy and the lowest price I found on a retractable RETRAK POWER PRO tonneau cover. I put the order in and I am expecting it this Wednesday with free shipping and zero tax. Will let you know more once I install it.
