  I was very lerry to order on this website as most the reviews were one star! I called and spoke with Shaun and explained my reluctance to order through them.   Only problem was that it was difficult to attach the clamps to the sides of my 2022 f150. As the underside lip of bed is slick painted metal, the clamps will slip off easily while trying to get them to tighten up. It would be earier if the side of the clamps attaching to the bed were made of metal with a rough surface that would grip the bed lip better than ones being included.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt a bit rushed, but maybe that’s just me. I just received a text advising FedEx will be delivering my tonneau cover in two more days. If I actually get it then, it will be 10 days from order date. While that’s fine,mi was told I would have it in 7 days. Hope it arrives and is in factory new condition.

Low and behold no delivery due to bad weather.Ya would think that they would anticipate.an event like that and not make delivery dates that are unrealistic.

  Seals on the rails were push out of place when I unwrapped them. First light rain and there is water all in the bead. Check the rails and the seals have moved again. Fighting leaks up and down the rails and not to happy about it.

  The cover arrived right on time, and I installed it the same afternoon. Everything went together just fine. I am thankful I ran across the tonneaucovered.com website as I saved a good amount on the cover. The website was easy to find what I needed, but the way you have to get the price quote is a little spooky as it is similar to other way scam websites work. As feed back to roll lock, the side rails would make it fit Bette rig they were just a quarter of an inch longer. On my F-250 the front weather strip on the canister just barely contacts the front rail. Hope it doesn’t leak

  Cover came in re-taped with missing padding. This caused side of cover to be damaged. Email picture of damage to customer service rep and thought they would offer a replacement.(never did) So I had pieced together the side and glue down what I could. I will never order from this place again. I just got ripped off!

  This review is not completely negative. My experience was based on the prompt cancellation of an order; it seemed that personnel, though friendly enough, were not clear about the outcome of this decision. I received contradictory information on the phone and in emails, and as yet, have not received a refund, because the finance officer was "not available." That said, I was always spoken to on the phone with courtesy, and it must also be said that the vehicle I was ordering the cover for was not a popular model, so my options were somewhat limited; the cover that would fit did not seem like it would work well . In summation, I would think that this company is reputable, their prices seemed reasonable and included free shipping. I did not actually buy anything, so can't speak to product content, but would say that this company is probably as good as any for the products offered. Once I receive my refund, I am sure that I will be satisfied.

  Quick and easy. Ordered on Thursday and here by Monday. I have installed the cover and love it. The truck hasn’t moved since I installed so more to come but RetraxPRO Mx was easy to install just needed my wife to help me get it in the truck once I put the rails on and everything else I did on my own. Price was better than anyone else. I’ll update more once acclimation period is over and start using it in everyday life.

  So the order was great. The right price, the fast delivery time, but once I received the Retrac I could not install it. It was missing the keys to unlock it so I could install the Retrac. But their customer service was Johnny on the spot and rushed me out a set of the keys. I have had a Retrac before so I knew the quality I was getting and it did not disappoint. It is an awesome product with one of the smallest cans. I would recommend this product and company, to include Tonneau Covered.com. Thank you and for your help.

  I believe I received a PowerStep package that had been returned. The hardware was loose in the box with no bag. There were no instructions included, either. The customer service holds were excessive. I waited at least 40 minutes on three separate calls to be connected. The grounding wire and eyelet had been removed, too, with only 2” of wire peeking out of the harness. There was no mention that the trigger wires had to be connected appropriately to have the correct steps activate. When finally overcoming the problems listed above, the steps work fabulously.
