  I didn’t have any problems with the cover being delivered. The problem was with the tailgate seal kit which should have shipped with the cover (from what I was told). 3 weeks later and I still don’t have it.

  They got me the cover I was looking for with the right hardware. The price was ok. I thought they could have done better. Threw in a free tailgate seal kit, It’s still in FL. Label has been printed for a week now, still in FL. I’d love to complete my install.…. For over $1000 I’d expect all parts of the order at the same time.

  Overall a great price and a great cover. I went with the Backflip MX4. I was not happy with the constant emails from multiple salesman or being told several things that when I brought up not only did they tell me they couldn't do it they didn't care that they had already given their word. The shipping took longer than expected and I'm still waiting on my tailgate seal two weeks after the cover arrived. I haven't even had it installed two weeks and every bumper on it is peeling off because the glue sucks. I'm ok with reattaching them myself. Maybe I should have bought this from a company that made a little more profit so that when I had an issue they could actually help me.

  Price was like good, shipping was fast with only a few small dents and abrasions which I did not bother to contest, and install was straight forward. I wish the rack came with some kind of lock. I had to spend another $100 to get security nuts to prevent theft. My only real complaint was the rebate. Very, very slow. Two months out and still nothing.

  Tonneaucovered.com beat the next best price by about $150 before taxes (and they didn't charge taxes!) for a top of the line BakFlip trifold. And it was direct-shipped from the manufacturer with a manufacture date of about two weeks before I ordered it, so it wasn't old stock laying around. A pleasure to work with, thanks!

  So Pleased with the customer service and prompt delivery. I'm an old guy that can be a real challenge to please and these folks did a fantastic job! There was a fitment issue with the manufacturers website that turned out to be an error and TonneauCovered was able to quickly resolve my concern and provide the correct parts. It's amazing how fast stuff gets here, this was my 3rd time ordering from them and every things ships out the day after I place my order or sooner. I even asked them about an item they do not carry in warehouse and they were able to provide what I wanted. Love these guys. I will order from them again and I suggest you do too, You won't be disappointed.

  I’m satisfied with the product I purchased (Undercover Armor Flex Tonneau), but it took over a month from the time I placed my order and my credit card was billed until the cover was shipped and delivered. This seems excessive. When I placed my order I was told that the cover was available and would ship in seven to ten days. I expected more from this company.

  2021 Ram 1500 Classic Tradesmen, 6' 4" bed: I ordered a Truxedo Truxport over the phone after being assured that this was correct unit. It was promptly delivered with a notice stating to carefully inspect the parts/unit for any issues, otherwise you cannot return it once it's been installed. There were zero issues with the parts, so I got to work. I staged everything prior to installation, and cross-measured everything. Once everything seemed good to go, I began clamping the rails in place, which is where my issue arose. The 2021 Classic body bed has a taper to it, which causes the forward part of both rails to just barely sit on the inner lip. Barely, as in hanging on by a thread. The tailgate ends sit fine, you wouldn't notice anything until you begin installing the actual cover. Now when you begin clamping, which you do from the tailgate forward, you find that the forward clamps do not grab the inner lip of the truck bed. You are forced to mount them closer to the center clamps, otherwise they will pull/roll the rail into the bed the more you tighten them (if mounting as far forward as possible, as the instructions want you to do). Not the biggest concern, if you still manage to get the other four clamps tightened well enough it doesn't seem that anyone could get underneath the front end. The real concern is now the gap that is created at the forward end of the cover. Because the bed tapers, you cannot squeeze the rails together at the front, to close the gap. There are two ways to "remedy" this. You either ditch the front clamps and bring the entire cover forward about two inches (so that it's damn near against the cab) which will leave a small gap between the tail gate and the cover. Or you can unsatisfactorily mount the forward clamps just ahead of the center ones in a way that looks like they're going snap, and deal with the gap in the forward part of the cover. Unfortunately, the latter option is the one that makes the most sense structurally, but it causes the cover to sit on top of the rails at the front rather than adhering to the hook-and-loop Velcro strip that it should stretch over. It's a bummer because the quality of the cover is great, it just doesn't fit. Because I've installed the unit, which was my only way of discovering that it wasn't a correct fit, I cannot return it. I think this a learning situation for both parties, but now I'm stuck with a unit that doesn't fit.

  Super Easy order process! I was unsure at first but once I checked with BBB and verified this company is indeed legit and they are an authorized distributer for Pace Edwards as well as Amp Research. I ordered over $5K of stuff and it got here super quick. The response time for any questions I had was amazingly fast! There was a question on one of the bed steps I ordered because the fitment on the Amp Research website was actually outdated but TonneauCovered.com was on top of it and made everything right.

  Great cover but …. Washers were wrong size to relocate 2021 Tundra OEM tie down rails. Not a big deal, they didn’t mention that one would have to relocate rails 3 inch lower. Not that big of deal, some of the small bumpers came off, not a big deal as well. Some rivets were done poorly. Great cover but the could tighten up their act a bit.   Customer service rep provided erroneous information when I called about potential changes to my account/plan. My next bill reflected almost $500 in additional charges that I did not approve. After spending 2 hours on the phone with that representative, I just had to spend another hour on the phone just to uncover the bad news. Now I have to determine how to undo what was done on the original call. That is just careless and unprofessional of Verizon.

  I called in my order and I got my BedRug two days after I ordered it. The customer service representative was excellent and asked me many questions to make sure my order was correct. It took two of us 1.5 hours to install. It was fairly easy to install but I felt that I needed more Velcro than what was shipped. I used some of mine to complete the installation.

  Ordered a cover back in June. Order confirmed June 24th, credit card charged and credit card bill arrived for payment. Still have NOT received the Tonneau Cover. I had to reach out a couple times requesting shipping status. Today is July 9th. Been getting tracking info that now states the item will be delivered "early"! Really??? Early?? Poor shipping service. Not happy. The bed of my new Honda Ridgeline is filthy now. Going to have a job ahead of me to clean before installing the Tonneau Cover when (and if) it arrives. Not happy at all.

  BAK tonneau covers are of high quality. I just bought my 4th tonneau top for my gmc canyon. The MX4 model is vastly superior to the prior models and easy to mount on my truck. BAK MX4 should is the best.

  First off the wrong cover was ordered even after specifically going over the year make and model, thankfully it took so long to fulfill my order that I caught that the wrong cover was ordered and they were able to fix it before the cover got shipped. All in all took over two weeks to receive my cover and then it shows up damaged. It’s been a week since I reported the damage with pictures upon receiving and unboxing it and I still have no idea when I will be getting a replacement cover. Based on my experience how can I recommend using Tonneaucovered.com???

  I never imagined it would take over 8 days from ordering to shipping notification for my Tonneau Cover. Apparently TonneauCovered.com does not have all their tonneau covers in stock, maybe none, and basically orders them from the manufacturer of the cover. It took multiple emails to them trying to get an ETA on when my cover would ship. Total time to get it, now this is based on FedEx delivering on their estimated date, will be 2 weeks. If you need a Tonneau Cover, fast go someplace else.

  The tonneau cover was very easy to install and remove when an open bed is needed. It looks great on my truck. It fits nicely. I am waiting for rain to see how dry it will keep the bed. From it’s construction, I am not worried. Let it rain. I would recommend this product to anyone.

  I could not find the RETRAX PRO XR cover for my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I called and JC told me they didn't make that model for my Ridgeline. I ordered the Retrax PRO MX and saved a ton of money over dealer retail. I got shipping notices and both boxes arrived on time 11 days later. Since my kit had a set of mounting rails, I put those on one evening. The next evening my grandsons came over and we set the cover cartridge with the attached rails in about 5 minutes. Then I spent another 30 miniutes doing the final adjustments and tightening. It fits like a glove! Easy peasy to install and adjust to perfection! It does take more than one person to set it in place easily, but otherwise was a one man job. I am looking forward to many years of use on my new truck!

  The bed cover price was the best by $100. I ordered a bug guard too and it never came. I sent them a few messages with no response and then called them and was transferred to JC. JC explained the bug guard was no longer available and they had been needing to contact me to see how to proceed... Well contact me then! I was available and had sent 3 messages about it. Also be prepared for daily emails about your "inquiry", even after you have ordered the items.

  I ordered and got my cover in a reasonable time for a good price, however its fit isn't the greatest, the dude trails need to be shimmed to get the proper angle and clearance per the instructions and the cover didn't come with shims installed nor did it come with extra shims for me to install. I informed them of this and didn't really get a solution so I guess I will have to buy the shims myself.

  Where do I start.... I contacted your company for information on a tonneau and did decide to purchase one. I was able to place my order without any major problems. Then the crap began. Endless emails attempting to get me to make a purchase that had already been completed. At no time do I recall being informed that your company was going to pack my email with never ending pitches for an item I had already purchased from you, I sent multiple emails back to first inform you that I had purchased then emails asking you to stop. The unsubscribe in your emails did not cause them to stop. I have since had to place a block on anything related to your company. I would not recommend online dealings with this company

  I bought a ReTrax IX for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. The wrong cover was shipped. It was 2 inches short for a short bed. For 3 days, I went back and forth providing info, measurements, serial #s, part numbers, & pictures. They couldn’t ask for all this info in a single email. For 3 days this went on. Then I’m told they would have to build a new one which usually takes 2 business days. This was ordered 4/24 and still don’t have a confirmation thr replacement parts have shipped. This is terrible customer support. Never again!

  Sent the wrong cover. Then tried to say it was my fault after listening to the recording. They sent me the recording and they clearly messed it up. You would think if you sell truck covers you would know what a gmc standard bed length would be. They paid to send it back which I did and now there getting me the right one supposedly.   I was looking for a bed extender and one of my searches showed their website. I was somewhat skeptical since I had never ordered from them before but I'm really glad I did. I ordered an AMP Bed Extender and winded up purchasing a Bak Revolver X4S tonneau cover (verified with BAK that TC.com is an authorized seller); they had the BEST price, both arrived very quickly (extender in about 2 days and cover in about 5 or 6) and the customer service was world-class (number of phone calls to verify their company and product fitment). My extender and cover look fantastic on my truck and I'm about to go see if they have anything else I'd like. Obviously, I would STRONGLY recommend them.

  At first, I was a bit skeptical of having to call to place the order for my tonneau cover instead of just ordering online however, the process could not have been smoother! The communication was great, product delivered complete, on time and just when the company said it would be. They sent multiple emails alerting me of every step of the process (order received, order shipped, delivered, etc) and I saved $125.00 over the lowest price I could find anywhere else.   Said they beat any price, I provided a price from another but would not even match. They did however provide a seal kit for free. So made it comparable. Please don't advertise something you are not going to honor.

  I checked lots of places for a Retrax Pro MX and a Bed Rug. TonneauCovered.com had the best price I found anywhere. One phone call shipped both. Got both within a week and installed myself. I will buy there again.

  Best price I could find! Aggressive email campaign after initial contact. Small plastic corner cap on cover was broken but easily repairable, I think. Overall happy, mostly due to best price.
