  I was a little concerned about placing an order with Tonneau Covered. Basically because their pricing was significantly below other internet sellers I had researched. I decided to give them a chance and I was glad I did. My cover shipped quickly and I received it five days. I don’t expect to be buying any more covers but if I did, I would certainly use these guys again.

  I got the right cover at a good price. I must say that their website hidden pricing and methods of contact leave a customer nervous as to whether it's a scam. The cover didn't ship for a few days and not until after I contacted the sales regarding the shipment. This could have been a coincidence. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.

  Customer Service is horrible. I ordered Retrax cover and tail gate seal kit. I never received the tail gate seal kit. After numerous Calls, Text and emails. Most of which they did not respond too and have stopped responding. 2 months later, Tonneau Covered still has not sent seal kit.

  I had watched a YouTube video that said TonneauCovered was a lot cheaper than all the other truck tonneau vendors.   The tonneau cover I got I saved about $230. Send the information and wait for them to send a quote, in a very short time. I also called and within a couple minutes I had the same price quote as online. It took about 7 days from ordering to delivery. Delivery was 2 packages and FedEx delivered on 2 different days, Friday and Saturday. Everything was there and instruction manual looked like it explai Ed pretty well. I haven't installed yet so can't say how long it takes to install. I would order again if I am ever in the market.

  Well built cover, which it should be. This model has been around for a few years. Packaged very well, and fast delivery. Only down side I had was one simple piece missing, and the drilled holes need the excessive metal cleaned out of holes and off the rubber seals and top itself.

  With some of hard selling on the website, I couldn't tell if this place was a scam or not. Turns out it's not! It's a business competing on price with a good sense of humor, high degree of service, and yes, a hard sell. If you are capable of installing the product and you want to save some cash then this is the place for you. While it was slightly inconvenient to have to actually talk to a real human being to get a deal, Shawn was great and it only took a few minutes to get substantial savings. Well worth the investment of my time! Once the product shipped I had great updates on the status. The information provided is top notch and got me to the right cover for my needs. If nothing else, watch the leprechaun video for a bit o' entertainment.

  Sent me an incomplete cover missing all of the installation parts. I would not recommend you to anyone and I will make sure I write plenty of reviews about your company. The representative from Bak also said they don’t recommend your company. That’s not good.
