  I would have to say that I’m quite satisfied with the purchase and delivery time of my cover. It actually arrived at my home in 7 days from the day I placed the order. Now as far as the cover itself goes, I’m not impressed with the fit and finish quality of my BAKFlip MX4. The reviews that I read online don’t match what I received. Again, I don’t think this is a reflection of Tonneaucovered.com. For example, the weather stripping down the drivers side rail tucks under about 1/2 way down, so I might have a waterproof issue in the future. Since it’s attached to the railing, I can’t just pull it apart and reattach it. Also I had to punch holes through the rubber backing in order to push the bolts through the “pre drilled” holes at the front of the first panel. Also, my ZR2 has a backup camera so I can’t open the cover all the way and lean it up against the cab(it hits the camera even with the supplied huge foam pads).

  I purchased a product and was told in would ship in one week. Then I received a email that it was delayed, for two weeks, then after that I was told it would be shipped in 6 weeks. Then I received an email that there was no ETA. Each time you call they tell you they will get back in 24-48 hours-Terrible business model and very poor customer service!

  I was a little wary about ordering from this company as their prices are so good, and you know the saying "if it's too good to be true it usually is". In this case it was a really good price, and it was true! Everything from the ordering process, through being notified of the steps up to and including delivery were great.   Stay away. They were untruthful. The salesman stumbled through the sale. They are definitely a middleman. Maybe they make up the cost of the discount by selling your data? They set up the purchase and send you a link to complete the purchase. Weird that they couldn’t take the payment over the phone since you have to call them to get the best price. Very awkward. I was told that my shipment will be coming direct from the manufacturer. It did not. Manufacturer ships from Missouri and I received my cover from Pensacola Florida. The product I received was without doubt a previously returned item. The box was barely still together. There were THREE shipping labels with THREE different people/addresses with mine being the 3rd. Some pieces missing. A superficial scratch on the cover itself. There was even a used rag left in the box from a previous packing. Not what I was expecting when purchasing a $900 tonneau cover. Should have listened to the small voice inside saying pay a little more and get it direct from the manufacturer. How was my experience so different from all the glowing reviews? Do they just send a customer with a returned item every so often so most reviews are positive? Maybe it’s because I was asked to review the item before I received it. I may be able to find out more information but of course despite claims of a dedicated response staff, no one is dedicated to returning my calls. Funny how responsive they were to make the sale. When I contacted the manufacturer to verify if they were an authorized dealer I found out that they are. I’m grateful for the manufacturer working with me to get the parts I need because Tonneaucovered.com has so far left me high and dry. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your tonneau cover.

  I was wary of having to provide my email address to get a quote, but guys on a Tundra forum swore by them, so I gave it a shot. They sent me a quote that was $100 less than anywhere else, so I gave them a call and ordered a Bakflip MX4. The ordering process was easy, and I have my bed cover 6 days later. (It would have been 4 days, but FEDEX sucks). I will definitely order from Tonneau Covered again.

  Website navigation was not great. In order to get their “best price”, you have to call or email them. I don’t appreciate that tactic. Put the price on the website and sell the product. And I don’t want some snarky retort about - “we can’t due to our deal with the manufacturer”. If that’s truly the case, those are some shady characters you probably don’t want to be in business with. That means they’re either scamming your competitors and don’t want them to know, or whatever deal you’re getting is nebulous. Had to contact multiple people and got multiple “best prices” and quotes until one came into the ranges I had been quoted for the same items I’d been asking for. No contact once the items were ordered, just some emails with tracking information eventually. The tonneau cover arrived in about 5 days, the toolbox (from the same manufacturer) arrived in about 10 days. The tonneau cover was dented at the front corner upon arrival. Since it was dropped off at my garage entrance with no signature required per the shipper, I bent it back into shop and got the trim piece that covers it affixed. The toolbox arrived missing a set of brackets for one side, so I cut down the extra brackets that came in the box that were for another style toolbox and made them fit. The prices were great, but if you’re not up for waiting or doing a little work- shop elsewhere.

  At this point, I can only give a review concerning my ordering experience and shipping. I ordered a Ford Maverick that is taking forever to build and ship. So since I am unable to rate the tonneau cover because of not being able to install it, this will only be a partial rating. I had several questions when I called the company before ordering. Customer service was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I did a lot of shopping around comparing prices and found tonneaucovered.com had the best price. After placing my order, I was advised by agent taking my order, that it could take up to a month before I received my order. I told him that would be fine with me because my truck hasn’t even been built yet and will take a month or two longer before I receive it. Low and behold I received my tonneau cover one week after placing my order. A lot quicker than expected. To sum up, customer service is fantastic and shipping is fantastic as well. I will have to follow up on the cover after I get it installed.

  Love the undercover ultra flex this is my second one I purchased from tonneaucobered.com, while they are the best price they are a bit gimmicky they sent an email with a price said call today for $100 off any cover, when i call im told the price in the email was already at the $100 off price,i wasn’t thrilled with that but like i said still the best price i could find so i place the order and it said ships in 24-48 hours 4 days later still no tracking i called it had not shipped yet said maybe tomorrow well 2 more days and it finally shipped. I know things take time and they are big heavy items but you shouldn’t advertise 24-48 when its more like 5-6 days. The customer service all seems like they dont want to be bother with you just wants the sale and you off the phone. Not sure i will be using them again in the future

  I received very quick response regarding my initial email for a quote which was appreciated. I also had a good experience during my call to order my product. I was advised that the product was in stock and located in Arizona. My only issue is that I order the product, which was in stock, 3 days ago and there hasn’t been any movement on my order since. The delivery process is why I’m giving an average rating.
