  The BakFlip came with in 10 days. Unfortunately the corner of one of the rails was bent. I decided to install it anyway. It looks to be okay, gonna see what the rain does on the next week. I could have had it replaced, but it looked okay to me. Damage was not in a major area and could be fixed.

  Was told the item was in stock and would ship immediately. Did not ship for 8 days. Finally arrived after 12 days and was the incorrect installation kit for my truck. Tried to call customer service with no answer. Called as a new customer to actually get an answer, and was forced to go through emailing customer service. So, will probably end up having to order the correct kit through Bak as this company’s customer service is useless. Pay the extra money from your local retailer, don’t try to save a few bucks and order from these guys like I did.

  Best price on the market. If you're looking for a tonneau cover, this is the place! Free shipping, no tax, great deals, excellent customer service. I was skeptical but after placing my order, calling and talking with the reps, receiving my order....I am thoroughly satisfied. Two things to note: 1) this company is an authorized dealer for BAK. 2) shipping takes a while...but it's actually because of the manufacturer. I ended up finding on BAK's website that processing could take 3-5 weeks. So, the extended wait time has nothing to do with TonneauCovered.com. I called and bugged them and got spooked...but it's really the manufacturer who lags. So happy with my MX4!

  I got more email spam after I placed the order than I got response on what was happening with my order. It took almost a whole week from the time I place the order to the time the order was shipped. It seems everyone else was fast in this process except tonneaucovered. On the flip side of this issue is I like the cover. Looks good on my truck and was easy to install with the directions they give in the box.

  Although I eventually received what I wanted I still had to haggle over it. I was told I needed some aftermarket brackets. That part was true. What I didn't know was the recommended brackets didn't work for my 2021 RAM w multifuction tailgate. I don't think there is a aftermarket alternative. If you have the multifunction tailgate you will have issues installing a BakFlip G2 tonneau cover. Thanks!

  I would have given more stars, Shaun who in my opinion gave me a good deal but neglected to tell me delivery would be on or before 3 weeks which actually turned into six weeks. It might be a coincidence but the product shipped the day after I wanted a full refund, had I not requested my money back who knows how long this would have taken. On the plus side when contacted Katleen responded usually within 6 hours.

I had some special circumstances regarding the delivery of my tonneau cover and they accommodated them without problem. Unfortunately, my tonneau cover arrived slightly damaged. They worked with me and the manufacturer and got everything sorted out to my satisfaction without difficulty.   “SIMPLY THE BEST" are the three words that summarize my past internet shopping experience two years ago at TonneauCovered.com. “YOU HAVE EARNED MY CUSTOMER LOYALTY FOREVER" are the words to describe my most recent and second of two shopping experiences with TonneauCovered.com. Shawn, you stood by your promise and delivered in an amazing way. Thank you! I first discovered the company several years ago when I bought my first tonneau cover, an UnderCover Ultra Flex for my 2019 GMC Sierra. Back then they provided excellent customer service, patiently explained the differences in quality and fit of the various brands they offered, and offered the lowest “delivered” price tonneau cover available anywhere on the internet. A quick two years goes by, and I decide to upgrade to a new 2022 Ford F150 and am in need once again for a new Undercover Ultra Flex tonneau cover and a new Bedrug bed liner. I check a few websites for the lowest price of each and sure enough, TonneauCovered.com again has the lowest price tonneau cover and Bedrug. But my second purchase from TonneauCovered.com is where the company elevated itself apart from any other aftermarket pickup truck accessories seller anywhere on the internet. I received delivery of the tonneau cover within two weeks of placing the order. However, as it turned out the Bedrug for my pickup is in short supply nationally and delivery could take two months or longer. I could not wait months because I use my pickup for work so I called Shaun Howard on a Friday and asked what could be done to accelerate the delivery of my Bedrug. Monday morning, less than 3 full days later, two of which are weekend days, my Bedrug was delivered to my home. On the phone that Friday afternoon, Shaun promised me he would search high and low, turn over every rock, and look in the back of every supply warehouse, to find a new BedRug because I needed it. Shaun, I will pay you forward by recommending TonneauCoverd.com to my family and friends for all their truck accessory needs.

  Placed order 13 days ago received 3 emails thanking me for my order but no confirmation of shipping or tracking number until one hour after sending a what’s up with my order email to the company today. Well we will see how it turns out. Was hoping to have it before my next trip next week, should have bought local. Gave a two star due to a good price and the rebate they offered instead of a one star. Hopefully PayPal can get my money back if it never shows up. You can figure a week with some product delivery issues since it only took 7 months to get my new truck lol or I’d be crying.

Installation was simple. I rather took my time to lay it out and know what I was doing and it still only took me 45 minute to an hour. Looks great! Nice and tight. Rolls and stows easily.   I have just installed my fourth tonneau cover by Bak Flip MX4. The covers are easy to install, with clear instructions you should be done in less than one hour from opening the box.   Tonneaucovered Had the best price , free shipping and no sales tax so I saved over $100 from the competition BakFlip G2 is an awesome cover, second one I have purchased, fit and finish is great. Customer service is great. The gentleman I got on the phone was very helpful. The only complaint I have is my order had a 3 day delay from FedEx but that is not the company's fault. It was with FedEx.

  Service was great.. product came in a timely fashion.. only two semi- negative thoughts.. ONE, For a product that cost around a thousand dollar, it should NOT be delivered at your doorstep without at least a signature. As a default, signatures or options of delivery points should be a standard before shipment... Two , I was told my rebate would be $150.00 and now they're saying it's only $125.00..

  Everyone I talked to was polite and very helpful. Communication through the order process and delivery was excellent. The tracked my order and notified me of its progress along the way.
