  I am very pleased with the cover as a whole. The only issue I had was the pads for the lid when folded up and the one for the front to seal it were warped and not sticking on to the truck and lid. I am going to have to replace them for ones that didn’t get damaged in the shipping process

  By far the best price! But beware, once you inquire and receive a price you will be bombarded with emails wanting you to complete the purchase. Many of these are automated and won't agree with what a sales rep may have told you. Overall, cost is the most important factor and I would purchase from TonneauCovered.com again.

  When I first looked at the site I was skeptical and wary. There are a lot of scams out there. But they continued to send mail, never trying to push one into anything. I finally decided to give it a try. From the day I ordered the cover they sent mail as to when it would ship and when it would arrive. Sure enough the day they said it would be delivered i got a message on my phone that it had been delivered. Got home from work and there it was. Arrived in good condition. Had it unpacked and installed in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service and the product. I have been telling friends they should check out the site. Good service,Great prices! Can't thank you enough.

  Cover arrived with no damage to the box and after inspecting it I started the install. Once I started installing the cover I noticed the main cover was bent inwards and the right side where the rails line up was bent as well. I was able to bend both parts to work but for the money I don’t believe the packaging was good enough to protect the cover. It’s a heavy item and was probably dropped at least once if not twice during shipping.

  I was a little skeptical at first, because their prices were (much) better than the competition. And a little more skeptical after the salesperson made a typographical error on the price quote. But it all worked out and the cover came, sooner than expected. The quality is great and the notifications were outstanding. Kept me up to date all along the way until it was delivered to the house. Kudos to Tonneaucovered.com. Highly recommend this company.

  Placed the order for Bak Revolver X4s on June 6th, cover arrived on 6-25.i was hoping it would arrive sooner but as per the paperwork from Bak, the cover was manufactured on 6-20. It's very early but so far I am extremely pleased with the tonneau cover.

  Once ready, placing a phone order went quick and smooth. Delivery was pretty quick as well. Installation took about 3 hours!! But then, working in 100* - 106* temperatures didn't help. Easy to install. A second person to position cover is recommended! Final positioning pretty easy. Final look is very nice. Some rain recently, not sure about leaking. Overall, I like it!!

  I called the number and left a voicemail after they sent me a bunch of emails. They texted me back within a minute or two. I ordered the retraxone mx and everything went perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. It was cheaper than anything I found online and it was brand new, all the parts included. Definitely recommend their products.

While they fixed the issue and the hardware is being shipped, the fact that its not being sent next day to me and instead is taking another 4 days to arrive after the week to get the cover is why only 4 stars.

  TonneauCovered is an order processing house. They take your order, and in my case where I ordered four separate items they had it drop shipped in four separate shipments from each individual manufacturer. In three of those cases that meant I needed to be home, because my house is way off the road and delivery drivers will leave larger boxes near the street for the "porch pirates" to steal before I can get them. That being said they did give me the best price on the items I wanted quickly and painlessly. They did send me many emails wanting to know if I was going to buy, and even blew up my phone with texts about buying from them. They were very aggressive in that regard. The Retrax Pro MX cover delivery was delayed twice in shipment and should have been here four days late, not TonneauCovered's fault. When it did arrive the entire order was correct and nothing was damaged in shipping.

  My tonneau cover was delivered super fast. My bed carpet took a little more time but it was a production issue. I was looking for some wheel well liners and Tonneau Covered took care of that.   The cost of the items were very reasonable, but some items took some time to be shipped. Currently still waiting for the Truxedo Elevate FS Rack to be delivered. It was just shipped and supposedly will be delivered on Friday June 10th 2022. Other than the shipping of the items, shopping with tonneaucovered.com was pleasant. Their customer service understood the frustration of waiting for shipment of items. They remedied problems relatively quickly.

  At first I was very pleased with the ordering process and pricing. However, once i placed an order things went downhill. My shipment was in two boxes, each with its own FedEx tracking number. One box arrived on schedule but the other did not. I have been trying for multiple days to have someone tell me the status of my order and when it would arrive. At first, they promised to follow up and let me know what was going on. For the last two days they have not returned my calls or emails so I have no idea as to what is going on. Needless to say, I cannot install the cover that I ordered and paid for. I am not confident at all that they will follow up and find my missing parts. It seems that once they got my money that was the end of service. Overall, a very bad experience and I am going to have to cancel payment on my credit card since they have not delivered my merchandise. Also, I cannot recommend this company at all.

  The product I ordered was 6 weeks out at my local dealer so I called Tonneau Cover and asked what time frame they had and they said 2-3 weeks, so I ordered from them. Two weeks later I receive an email stating my order had been shipped and I would be receiving the tracking number shortly. I waited a week and still no tracking number. I sent an email asking about my tracking number snd a couple days later I get an email stating they had a glitch in their system snd my order was part of the glitch snd that my order was not scheduled to to be available until early June. That is not what I was told in the beginning snd why wasn’t I informed that I was part of a glitch???? Wasn’t told until I emailed. I canceled my order and I am getting my product from my local supplier.

  Cover went on pretty easy. Fit my 2018 3500 with no modifications. New installation so don’t have any long term reviews. I didn’t have to add shims but the instructions should have you make sure the rails are slightly greater than 90 deg as the cover adds some weight and the 1/8 clearances are about all there is. Adding shims later would be a real pain as you have to remove everything.

  I’ve read reviews where people got their covers in 1 week, but after being rushed to order bc of last day if sale, the company ordered my cover 8 days later and I cancelled my order. I’m not sure if their policy, but I needed the cover but because of the lack of interest to make their customers happy, I felt I needed to do this. I was worried about customer service afterwards.

  The selection of products and prices were good. Amy, my sales person was knowledgeable and very friendly while taking my order. The shipping times were not so good. I waited 10 days for my tonneau cover to arrive, and its now been 15 days and I still don't have the tailgate seal.
