  The tonneau cover was very well packaged. No damaged or missing parts. The quality appeared to be excellent. Installation took about a half hour by myself and was very straight forward. I watched an installation video on line beforehand. The only issue I had was the cover latch on the tailgate end was not adjusted properly during assembly at the factory. The screws were extremely tight in the latch assembly and I had to use a hammer driver to get them loose to adjust the latches inward. After that all was fine.

  I ordered my cover on 4/22 and was told i would receive my cover by 5/12. I did not see any shipping details and was getting anxious. I reached out to Tonneaucovered.com a few times and was told I would receive the cover. I received the cover 4 days earlier than expected. Everyone at TonneauCovered was polite and knowledgeable.   Want a cover and rack combo. JC sold me a back mx4 and an angry elephant rack. Found out the rails did not come with it had to order separately first problem. Once installed found out they are NOT compatable. Got to move racks to open cover. DON'T trust their advice they apparently lack the knowledge of what they are selling and just want to make a sale.

  I had never of heard of Tonneaucovered.com, but took a chance on them for a BAK cover for my new Ram at a good price. Although the cover that I received had a manufacturing problem and would not fit my truck, the folks at Tonneaucovered customer service worked directly with BAK to get me a new cover. The new cover fit perfectly and left me very happy with my new BAK Revolver X4s cover! I'd buy from Tonneaucovered.com again based on their customer service!

  You should read the interaction of the conversation with your customer service. When I ordered the cover it was stated it has a 2 week lead time. I waited to see if it would ship, after waiting almost 1 month from my order date I decided to contact your customer service dept. They could not give me an answer that day, but had to call the company they order the cover from. They told me that first thing Monday morning they would call and get an status on the order. I waited that day for a while until late in the afternoon I got an e-mail saying that my order was being prepared to ship. Even after all this time they never thought to say they would ship it quicker or even do something for my inconvenience and their mess up without even submitting my order.

  Delivery was quick (about a week) and the cover was well protected in it's packaging. installation took me a little over an hour, but would have been quicker if i didnt fuss around with getting the drain plugs to drain out of my bed in a certain way. makes my F-150 look a lot cleaner and now i can store valuables in my truck bed with better security.

  Speaking to customer service for some product verification was easy and quick. Ordering process was a no-brainer. Product arrived today, sooner than I expected, and was a breeze to install. I don't know what the problem is that some reviewers had with the instructions. I'm 77 and installed it in just about an hour by myself. It took me that long because I can't jump in and out of the truck bed ad quick as I used to. If it performs as good as it looks, I will be one happy camper.

  Great website easy to find what you’re looking for it’s also easy to compare different brands which really helps when you’re not sure what you really want. The staff response quickly to questions and is very knowledgeable. When product is shipped you automatically get an email with the tracking number. I had a few questions while my item was being shipped they were answered within the hour.

  It’s not been good! I’ve waited 5 extra weeks and the parts were wrong. But the worst thing you can’t get ahold of anyone! 8 days and I have not talked to one person to remedy this.6 emails and 4 calls no answer!
