  The Truxedo cover, Low Pro, is perfect. The only problem I had was important to me. I just purchased a 2022 Frontier and didn't have a cover. Tough to keep stuff in truck bed secure without a cover so speed was a serious problem for me. From what I understand, my problem was a shipping problem, foam machine used for packing. Otherwise, a 5 star rating for sure.

  Initially, I was apprehensive about the price, shipping fee, and legitimacy of this deal, but after my cover arrived as promised and the cost was as advertised, I was very happy with TC.com. My cover arrived with a broken part, which was replaced within a week with no questions asked. (well, they did want pics of the part) I'd recommend TC.com to anyone looking for aftermarket accessories for their vehicle.

  As we were doing the paperwork for our new truck I called TonneauCovered and ordered the cover we wanted. It arrived at our door 9 days later on a Sunday. I installed that afternoon and am very pleased with the product. There was a rebate going on and they sent me the link for that and the next day after filling out the form I received an email letting me know the rebate was on it's way. This is the second cover I've ordered from them and couldn't be happier with their service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tonneau cover.

  Great customer service! I contacted TonneauCovered several months ago about AMP Research power steps for my 2022 Chevy Silverado. The truck was so new that the steps weren't available yet but Shaun at TonneauCovered kept in touch with until they were available. I got a great price from them and super fast free shipping.   I’m rating my re trax bed cover. It’s quality it’s very good, however, I order an electric bed cover and they sent me a manual one. If you order from this company make sure you explain very clear what you need so they won’t send you what they want or think you need!!

  I waited 17 days to get my cover because it was shipped from the manufacturer. When I did receive it, a clip was broken on a bed rail so I called the listed phone number. The company was closed but Sean answered and advised to take pictures and send them an email. I will have to wait and see how it works out. I’m hoping that the company will overnight ship the part so that I may install my tonneau cover.

After I ordered, I kept getting multiple emails from different sales associates wanting me to order, offering some specials, etc. It would be beneficial if once I ordered, I would not get more solicitations. Fed Ex did their usual sorry job of keeping me updated on the shipment, although weather was an issue. They failed to provide updates until it was delivered, and then, did not follow directions on where to leave it.

  Good price, delivery by FedEx was delayed by one day but that was on FedEx. Total delivery time was 8 days from date of order. Truxedo Sentry CT fit great and was very well packed. Overall pleased with the whole process. Thank you.
