  My order was taken promptly and had a good discussion with agent when placing my order. I was contacted by 2 different people almost immediately after expressing interest which was a bit odd and it didn't seem like the agents knew I was talking to the other but overall a great experience.

  They were very easy to work with. I was skeptical at how they could get such great pricing since you hear if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I took a chance after doing some research and glad I did. When I received my Retrax cover that was shipped directly from Retrax the packing slip said it was sold to Tonneau Factory Outlet which is one of the online retailers listed on the Retrax website, so I knew then that it was totally legit and wouldn't have any issues if I ever needed to file a warranty claim in the future, plus they threw in a tailgate seal kit for no added cost.

  Bedrug is a good product. It certainly takes some work with the zipper system, but it does fit well. The mark's for cutouts are not exactly correct leaving gaps showing. It would be nice if system provided velcro attachments for areas where cutouts are required by the truck model. Delivery was actually made before company notification.

  I must say I am disappointed overall. It wasn’t clear when placing the order that they didn’t have stock and we’re ordering from the manufacturer, so the ship date was actually a little over a week after I placed my order, and no it wasn’t clear to me when looking at the documents or placing the order. So the thing finally ships and was supposed to be here Monday, yeah FedEx pretty much has turned into the worst delivery service, so as of this review I still don’t have it and am watching my order ping pong around the country. I had no choice of who to ship with and if you are relying on FedEx then you are responsible and it plays into my satisfaction. I can only hope the product shows up not broken and there isn’t further need for any kind of business dealing with this company because I am over this transaction but since you wanted a review before I have actually received my order this is what you get.

  I gota say that I was very pleased with my purchase from Tonneau Covered. Excellent customer service from Peter and Shaun. The price was right and the tonneau was delivered in ten days. The tonneau was well packaged, well built and as far as I can tell everything is in order. Unfortunately I don't have the truck yet to mount it on. It is scheduled to be built the week of 2/14/22.   I received the cover with no damage. It was delivered on time. I found the instructions very clear and step by step was excellent. I was able to install it with in less than a 1/16 of a inch . The quality of fabracation was also excellent. Here is the best part, I turned 65 years old in December 2021. Living in the Mid Atlantic the day of installation the temperature was 35 degrees. I installed it with no help. The total time was 1 1/2 hours not including removing it from the boxes. All I can say is it was the right choice for me . I did a lot of research before the purchase and it paid off big time for me. Thank you for a GREAT PRODUCT.

  I really like the covers, however I had a couple issues with shipment, including a screw that had actually broke through the plastic at the end that holds the cover for the roll on, I reached out and explained the issue and told them that I had received this survey, but wanted to see what they would do about my issues. Well I never received any reply at all. This is my second cover from them and I am sure I will be buying from them again in the future. It was just a little disappointing that they would not even respond to my concerns. Both covers arrived in a timely manner and the Retrax Pro Mx is definetley the way to go. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.

  Excellent pre-sale interaction. Less than stellar post-sale customer service. I sent several emails re: shipping/tracking info. Finally 15 days after order date did supplier ship item although supplier website stated in stock, 3-5 shipping. I understand staffing issues and holiday craziness but....

  Ordering and payment went thru with no problems. I received in the time frame I was told. I would like to have gotten notice when it was shipped and I wasn’t able to track shipments. The installation was simple and quick with 2 people. I now have the retrax tonneau cover on both of my ram pickups.

  Called on the phone and they told me their price. I had them email me the quote.(by the way, nobody else had a better price) I called back and ordered it, The tonneau cover came about a week later and is now on the truck. With 2 people it was very easy to install. So far no problems with it. Definitely would buy it again from TonneauCoveredcom.

  This is one of the best purchases and experiences I had in a long time. I had a price in mind before I started, they met it, chatted me through the buying process. All great! I have had 4 new pickups , amongst other cars, and have always steered away from covers because I thought they were garbage in appearance. This one is excellent. Buy an MX4!!

  Before I ordered I asked about delivery time and was told 3-4 weeks it took 9 weeks. I understand things happen and can delay delivery but my issues is that I was never kept informed as to what was going on unless I called or emailed them. Even then I was given new delivery dates that weren’t met. On the good side when I did contact them they were friendly and the cover was easy to install looks good only been on truck 1 day so have to wait and see on long term function and quality

  The pricing is not bad, but I have not received the cover yet to determine if it was a good buy. More disappointed that I was charged sales tax, despite no sales tax as being a selling point. You need to divulge this fact if the item is being delivered to an Arizona address.

  These guys are great! Prices were the best I’ve seen. I was quoted 2 to 3 weeks after order for delivery and it arrived 6 days later. Mind blown. Highly recommend!

  poor - did not receive feedback about my order via phone or email. I called to cancel my order but was not told my item was shipped that day. now i have a tonneau cover that i do not need. very poor customer assistance and have told others about this.
