  Retrax was delivered when promised. The box had some holes but the product was undamaged as far as I can tell. I will leave a review on the cover itself after a few months of use. I will say that the installation was EASY! Took my joy and me 30 minutes tops.

  I gave Tonneau Covered.com an excellent review on the first order, very reasonable pricing, good communication, easy to talk with, very helpful, only issue was delayed shipment due to postal address issue for my residence (postal modification made by Postal Service on their behalf) issue was rectified and order sent soon after. Then I make another order that I classify as the order from Hell, I needed the tonneau cover for the Thanksgiving holiday for security reasons plus the rack system on top, the order never made it to me even as I speak (15 days later) they advertised a typical delivery is 3 to 4 weeks but Tonneau Covered could get it to me in 1 week, I called and talked to an agent in regard to where is my stuff just before Thanksgiving but was unsuccessful and disappointed with the results. Apparently I find out 15 days later my address is an issue again and the sender cancelled my shipment, not sure who sender is, is it Tonnequ Covered or their supplier, never the less Tonneau Covered is the seller, therefore they are responsible for expediting and following through with shipments, so why didn't this get resolved when I talked to them just before Thanksgiving? Why didn't Tonneau Covered fix the address issue on their records the first go round, and why did one of the rails get delivered on time but the remaining order not, other words if there is an issue with address then how did my 1 rack get delivered? So finally I get an e-mail that says my order is cancelled due to the senders request, I then contact Tonnequ Covered and start asking the why questions, I'm told an agent will be getting back to me. So if anyone out there decides to order any products from Tonneau Covered you may want them to verify that your address is acceptable up front in lieu of waiting 4 weeks on a 1 week promised delivery.   good service and i recommend to always find a direct way to buy, you'll save a ton of money. Customer service is good, just too much emails after you give them your information. One thing i really don't like on my TonneauCover is the drain holes. very dumb spot to locate the drain holes with drain lines hanging down right in the way to store anything under the rollup box. there's like 10-12 inches of space under the rollup box and the drain lines are right in the way. I will be relocating my holes to the sides so i can have the storage space under the box.

  My tonneau cover shipped in approx 25 days from ordering, which was expedited. Tracking number would not work. After several phone calls to TC.com I never got any good tracking info. Finally the trucking company called me to schedule delivery five days after it shipped. My cover arrived in a beat up box with several scratches on the Undercover bed cover. Looks like a forklift fork went through the cardboard and scratched the paint. I refused delivery and sent it back. Currently trying to get someone at Tonneau Covered.com at answer the phone in customer service. It was no problem for them to answer the phone when I ordered and they charge me a month ago. Service after seem to be a problem for these people. Undercover truck tops makes a good product, shipping box is terrible, single layer of cardboard on the painted side and sending it by truck freight half way across the country. What do they expect? Guess I be waiting another 30-40 days for a new bed cover. Not sure that the money I save was worth it at this point.

  Good prices on covers. I got a Yakima rack system with my purchase. Only saved about $5 on that though and it took over a month to get the parts needed. Even after all that time they still weren't able to get me everything needed. Communication wasn't great regarding this and eventually I just cancelled the part that was on backorder and picked it up locally. My only other complaint was the way shipping was handled. I never received tracking info and parts just randomly showed up. Not a big deal but I like to know when things are going to be arriving. Overall I would use tonneau again.

  The bedrug is a nice product. I had a problem with the Velcro sticking to the tailgate. I called service 3 times explaining my request for replacement Velcro and additional adhesive promotor. There person said they had to consult with another department. No response after that. Not happy with the service.

  I have them 5 stars because of the quick and courteous service along with unparalleled pricing. I will deal with again, but will not share my cell # with my order. If you’re a future consumer, be aware if you do share it, they will contact you with texts about your order and they come in at all hours of the night. I had 4 items ordered and sadly all 4 shipped from different places, so I got so many texts about updates it was overly annoying. Then the emails were just as annoying. I think it was updated each time an item was moved state to state, lol. It’s ridiculous. Just saying I told ya so before you laugh when it happens to you. Think it was something like 40 emails and at least the same for texts as well. But overall nice people to speak with and again, no one beats their prices!

  Best price I could find anywhere. Got my order in about a week even though they said it may take 3 weeks. Cover showed up in perfect condition. Will gladly buy from them again when looking for as tonneau cover

  Excited to receive my cover. Quick order with good service although had to call after 3 weeks to check on my cover order. It was shipped the next day. Wish there was better order follow up to keep the customer informed.
