  Received my order and it was for a completely different vehicle. Trying to talk to an actual customer service agent is next to impossible. I reported it on the day I received it and 4 days later I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. The only contact I've been able to get is through the chat function on the website and they can only report the issue to customer service. So far it's been a terrible experience. I'll update once the issue is resolved.

  The cover is a sturdy product. All the parts are easy to identify with written instructions easy to follow. I did follow a YouTube video to assist visually. Total install should take 1 hour or less. Delivery was in a timely manner. After surfing the web, tonneaucovered.com had the best prices.

  Gave me a price I agreed to. They then called back and raised it. Tracking information was nonexistent. I kept waiting for an update. While I was picking up the phone to inquire about it the delivery truck pulled up. It was delivered on time. I had no idea when it would be.

  My problem was in getting notification if the item I ordered was shipped or not. Twice they missed the ESD (estimated ship date). And no one called to let me know. I contacted Shaun in customer service an he got things corrected. I received the item I ordered almost before I received notification of it being shipped. But the item I ordered had no damage and was easy to install.

  The process with Tonneaucovered.com couldn’t have been easier. The initial quote came quickly and the price was lower than I expected. Allow some time for processing as some products are factory direct. The Extang Xceed has over a month of lead time from the factory. I received the cover in less than projected time and saved $150 from every other seller. Well worth the wait.

  Arrived sooner than I expected and was quite easy to install. The clamps didn't want to clamp on at first but that didn't turn out to be much of a problem as they "grabbed" finally and are quite secure. I would recommend putting gorilla glue on the bump stops for extra adhesiveness as they tend to peel up on the end. I'd also recommend cleaning the area with alcohol first before placing the bump stops. I could have installed it by myself after watching the video (68 years young grandma) but my daughter kindly helped with the lifting of the cover onto the rail. I was amazed how easily it went together. It fits well and looks great on my 2021 Chevy Colorado. I like the security it provides and the multiple folding options with the ability to use part or all of the bed. I would definitely recommend the Bakflip MX4 Tonneau Cover and purchasing it from Tonneaucovered was an added bonus since I got it for a better price than other sites. I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

  The cover is well made and not too hard to install. I am getting water leaks at the head of the cab portion of the bed. I feel that a better rubber seal would eliminate the leak. Both hoses were installed and are too short for reaching an opening in the side of the bed. All in all, it is a great cover and durable. It locks in place with ease and has a perfect fit. The seller was great and timely. I would buy again from them.

  I would've have rated it 5 stars except for the little plastic corner cap by the tailgate doesn't stay in place. Otherwise, fit and finish are excellent. I love the sleek, low profile. Ran it through a high pressure car wash with only a little leakage. The roll up feature of this cover is fantastic. Easy to manipulate and locks securely back in place with a simple downward push. Overall, I'm very pleased with this X4s Revolver. Now, give me a year or 2 and I'll tell you about its durability too.

  They had a good price and what I wanted bought cover and email was blowup with are you still interested in cover and already bought it and had it on. Told them that and still kept up so requested to be unsubscribed to get emails to stop

  The sale of the cover went perfect however the product has not been reliable. Twice the cable has come loose from the lock mechanism and I have had to repair it in order to open the top.
