  Great shopping experience. I was able to discuss various options with the sales associate that really helped me make a truly informed decision. FedEx lost the first Tonneau cover somewhere in transit, but the TonneauCovered.com customer service team quickly sent out another cover and followed up through its delivery. I would definitely recommend TonneauCovered.com!

  I was extremely skeptical n the very beginning but I took a chance and could not have been happier. They took the time to make sure they had all of the information on my truck to make sure I received the correct cover. The communication throughout the entire process was incredible. I knew when the cover was ordered, when it was getting ready to ship, when it shipped, where it was throughout the shipping and exactly when it was to be delivered. I saved about $40 all in all. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tonneau cover hands down.

  I thoroughly enjoy my back flip cover. I was disappointed it took longer than promised to receive, and when I called to inquire about it I was told if I didn’t like it they would refund $. This not the way to address customer concerns.

  I ordered mine on the phone and got it in a very reasonable time. Went on without a hitch. Very easy to install especially if you have a second pair of hands to help. One plastic broken piece and a call to customer service. They shipped a new piece out right away. This is a great tonneau. Haven’t had this one for very long but the previous model I had was still going strong after about 5 or 6 years. This one looks better and has the very nice feature of opening and closing the tailgate without touching the tonneau. Very nice. Well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

  I took 7 weeks to get it just shipped I have not received it yet. After the first month I sent them a email never received anything back from them. Then I got on there web site and chatted with a person was who was rube about telling me it should be out next week. waited nothing from anyone . got back on web site same answer. next week. waited another week got an email saying next week. That next week got another one saying next week. At least that email was sorry for the delay and told me why it was late. then it took another 11 days to finally get a email saying it was shipped. I am hoping nothing is wrong with it as long as it took to get it the first time and as hard as it was to talk to some one. At least the cost was great cant beat it any where. Save at least $250. But I wish they would have been up front telling me it would be a wait to get it. I would have been a lot happier about it. When you buy something you kind of what it now especially when o one told you it takes along time to come.

  Order the Undercover Armor Flex for my 2020 RAM 1500 short bed. Working with Tonneucovered was really simple, it was all through email. I knew what I wanted because I already did my research across several covers. They had exactly what I wanted for the best price I could find. Delivery was even faster than they said it would be, so that was a good surprise. I worked with Peter, assuming there is more than 1 person at this company =) He was quick to respond to all of my questions. I wish the prices were listed on the website to make the selecting process a little easier, more of a one-stop-shop kind of deal, but I had to do my own research outside of this site and come back for the lower price. I'm sure this is due to MAP limitations put on them by the manufacturers. Overall, I'm happy! Thanks!

  Customer service is horrendous. Trying to get someone on the phone or to respond to an email seems to take an act of congress. I've never heard of a company that wants you to communicate with them via text message! Really?? If your CSR's don't want to answer the phone might I suggest routing your calls to a call center. The lack of communication during the process was less than stellar.

  I placed my order on a Friday afternoon (8/27) and to my surprise it arrived on Sunday (8/29). So, Monday morning I decided to install the cover. First off, I felt the instructions were incomplete; however, I have installed other covers and knew this job would not take more than an hour. Unfortunately, 2 hours later I found myself with an incomplete installation due to the fact that parts were missing. I contacted Truxedo directly plus sent them a picture as I had no end caps, no mounting nuts and was told those items would be overnighted to me with the additional instructions for my 2020 Dodge Ram with multi function tailgate and cargo management system. Tuesday 8/31, no parts arrived and they finally showed up on Wednesday, 9/1. That evening I proceeded to install the cover again. I can safely tell you there is no way the L brackets at the front of the bed can remain installed with the cover on. Additionally, there is no way the end caps can be used as the bolts are not allowed to spread out far enough to meet up with the mounting brackets.......so obviously, there is some miscommunication in the instructions as well as whoever is packing the covers failed to provide all of the necessary hardware and instructions. In the end, I would have been better off paying retail for the item and letting the retailer worry about missing pieces and installation. I hope this email finds it's way to Truxedo as I realize you are simply the distributor of their product. The process became so frustrating I would have sent it back but due to your return policy I pressed on. I now have the cover installed, without the L brackets in the bed and without the end caps on the cover. Thanks, David

  I had 2 sales people quoting me different prices for the same exact cover. Just a few dollars different. I counter offered at a lower price and was asked if I would buy right then. I stated I am willing with my offer. She agreed and just under 4 weeks later I have my Retrax Pro XR Tonneau Cover. It was stated that this will fit my 2022 Ram Laramie 3500 8' bed. Now I am anxiously waiting my build to order truck. Tonneau Covered people were eager to help through this process. There were some pressure tactics but I would recommend this company when looking for bed cover for your truck. THANK YOU TONNEAU COVERED.

  Didn’t receive product yet but got emailed today that was on its way!! 11wks since the order was placed. I have never rxperiecnced this kind of procedures before. I was never told that the item was not in inventory & had to be backordered. I was also given the impression that shipping was waived for me. That’s why I ordered.   Outstanding bed cover. Installation was straight-forward (would have been better if I had someone assisting but I managed OK flying solo). Cover fit perfectly - No adjustments needed. I struggled a little with the foam adhesive sealing strip - Simply didn't want to adhere to the spray-in liner surface though I cleaned it per instructions. Can't wait to see if it actually improves gas mileage. Would buy again. Excellent (mostly) communications from vendor. Only question mark was I received an email to let me know shipping may be delayed but I could buy up for $100 to another vendor. I wasn't in a hurry so I let it ride and, lo & behold, the cover showed up even earlier than originally expected. If I had paid the upcharge it would have been a total waste except it have improved the vendor's profit margin. I'll stop short of assigning motive as to why they offered an unnecessary upcharge - It could be that the manufacturer surprised them with an earlier-than-expected shipment. I hope it wasn't just a stab at getting more money with a made-up excuse. The cover has only been on one day and I haven't driven with it on my truck yet but, so far, it looks 1st rate.

  I purchased the MX4 Bakflip. No problem, kept me informed on status. Took 3 weeks to arrive. I knew that up front. I was sent the information so i could track it on its journey to Georgia. I installed it. I can tell my Ram drives better at speed with it on.

  The price was amazing. Customer service to get me to order was 9 e mails reminders. Customer service to get my order shipped was me contacting them several times. Follow up was minimal at best until I said let's cancel the order. They pushed on Under Armour and order was filled and received with damaged rails. They sent new rails from Under Armour sent and they were damaged too. I explined tot hem the rails did not fit and Under Armor said I had to bend the rails. I ended up taking the insulation tape off of both rails to make them work. I had to adjust where the clamps went on the tailgate end of the rails. I just wish they Tonneu had been more aggressive with Under Armor to get my order shipped. It took over a month. I never received the Free Gift that was promised.

  I purchased the MX 4 base on the price, but after receiving the item it was the wrong for my truck. It costs me another 200 to coorrect the issue. I recommend customer service personnel use VIN number to verify right item is being order, They suppose to be expert.

  It was certainly the best price. Then I was told that delivery would be 5 weeks later. That was not a problem as my failing cover could last that long and there was no need to have it tomorrow. After all, I had been shopping/evaluating for weeks. For the best price you will have to have some patience. Delivery expected in the next couple of days, I can't review the cover till later.

  After considerable research, I decided to purchase the Bakflip MX4 for my 2109 Ram 1500 w/6'-4" bed. Although a bit more expensive, I found it to be the best value for me and Tonneau Coverd.com also gave me a discount when I called and talked with them personally! Installation was a breeze and took me less than an hour to install by myself and I'm an ole' Irishman. Looks and fits great on my truck!! Love the low profile!   The patience of customer service helpings me pick the right cover fantastic. The box it came in was full of big holes but was in good shape.
