  Overall the product seems to be well manufactured and it is in fact very simple to install the directions are easy to follow and the video is even better, you literally need a 9/16" wrench or socket, a #2 Phillips screwdriver, a bottle of rubbing alcohol and a rag, I do think that the bulk head lip could be a bit longer to make an easier adjustment so that it seals easier where the weather strip is attached. Online ordering seemed to be straight forward as anyone else. The communication level needs work, once I ordered the product I never got an up date of delivery, progress or anything unless I sent an email, also this delivery update took 3 weeks before I was notified that it had been shipped without me asking. Then of course it was all about shipping delays after that. However even with the frustration of the communication process, the product works as described, functions well and appears to be well made, it's only been on for about 2 weeks so time will tell how it holds up, no rain to test seal yet.

  The purchase was easy. I ordered the cover on 7/ 31 and received my cover on 8/8. Very fast, the cover a truxport is high quality and appears well made.installation was easy about an hour to complete. The price was the best I've found. I tried, but could not beat the price Tanneau covered had on the Truxport. I would buy again from Tanneau covered.

  I ordered AMP steps from them. 1. they were cheaper than others. 2.I was told they were in stock. 3. I went with the regular steps over the Extremes because I was told the Extremes were weeks out. Well after a month of waiting and being lied to, they are supposedly being shipped. I still have yet to receive them. If I would known from the start. I would of picked them up from 4wheel parts for the extra $100.

  The price was right and the order process was straight forward BUT A does not know what B is doing! I called to place my order instead of E mailing because I do not have internet at home so after that I kept getting E mail when was I going to place my order over and over. Time went by and no cover so I e mailed from work 3 times with no response, called 3 times and they would have to check and get back to me, finally talked to JC told him if I didn’t have by Wednesday following week I would cancel my order because we were going out of town for a month and didn’t want it sitting on the porch. He followed through Sent me a verification E mail and the cover showed up 4 days later!!! Thank you JC

  Overall satisfied. Improvement areas is a little more feedback on status. I heard nothing for over 3 weeks. My major complaint is with BAK. The instructions did not include over half parts I received. Thank goodness I was able to find a YouTube video. I would have never figured the install out without that video.

  To be honest, I got the wrong cover the first time... not blaming anyone (them or me). contacted customer service, they took 48 hours to get back. we where able to correct the problem! And they had my new cover to me in two days!!!! Just want to say Thanks to Shaun in the customer service!!!

  The ordering experience was fine. Nothing really stood out positive or negative. I landed on purchasing through TonneauCovered.com primarily due to this group being able to offer the product that I was looking for at the best price. The issue came after the order. First, I was never told that there would be a delay in receiving the product. I know that we are in a post COVID world and supply chain is an issue but there was no mention of the fact that the Extang cover that I wanted would be delayed initially by over one month. I was the one who had to reach out for a status update several weeks after the order only to be told at that time that it would be several more weeks before I could expect to receive the product. A few weeks passed and I had to follow up again and at that time I was told that TC.com would reach out to Extang and magically the product then shipped. Poor communication but good pricing.....so you decide what has value to you.

  Good things first. It arrived and had practically zero damage as far as I could tell. It took a little while for me to get it together and in correctly. (Make sure you don’t let the cover slide back until it’s secured in the truck). Invite a buddy over and offer him some beer to help, it’ll be much quicker and easier than doing it on your own. Love the cover and it is what is advertised. Not “waterproof” but dang close to it. Been on 2 trips with luggage and nothing was wet after driving thru torrential downpours. Only places are next to cab and right at the tailgate that get a little damp. The only issue I had during the whole thing was, I was told it would be in, in 6 weeks I think it was. It was almost double that. That’s ok….IF there is some form of communication. I know this company is small (now) and “he” said he was working on that part. He handled me being a little unhappy pretty well, so I give the company a “B”. Nothing wrong with room to improve as long as you’re making an effort to, right??

  The cover is great. I have the Yakima Overhaul HD rack also. I decided on the Retrax Pro XR with t slots. I was a little disappointed at the time it took get it built and delivered. Not sellers fault, it was Retrax that was delayed. Blame it on the pandemic I guess. Cover is awesome though and I am very happy with the end result.

  I founf it very easy to order my bak-flip cover . It did take several weeks to receive product . All parts were there and it was easy to install. I had purchased one several years ago for my old f-150 2004 and never had a problem with it. I just received my new one on 6/27/21 and installed it on 6/28/21. I noticed a possible problem with the new cover that should be addressed. When I opened cover up all the way it touches the back window of my F-150 and if locked in position while traveling several miles this could cause window to be scratched and/or broken from constant contact with window surface. The back window on my 2021 F-150 is curved and this causes contact with the middle of the window. I have to put something soft between window and cover if i decide to leave cover open for transporting product in back of my truck. Please let me know if you come up with a fix for this problem. thankx Al cell 732-429-9274

  I generally don’t order anything on line, but have been looking for a bed cover. I have read reviews and checked prices on many sites, then I came across yours. Being skeptical, I asked my computer savvy son to check it out. He did and assured me there would be no problem. I called to place order and was told how long it would take to receive. I was needing cover for vacation before then. They called back and said they found one and could expedite shipping, which they did. I was very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend!

  Overall, the interaction I had with Tonneaucovered.com was excellent. The online operators were good to answer questions, and making the order was just a simple phone call. the only thing I didn't like is the barrage of emails telling me to make the order, when I had already placed and paid for it. I'm sure it's just an automated computer thing. The product I ordered fit perfectly on my GMC Sierra - very happy with that, and their price was the best of all that I looked at.

  Ordering was fine, but it has been a month since I ordered and I still don't have my cover. I called (emailed) 3x's and finally got some answers to my questions. They are sending it now, but I wonder how much my calling had to do with it.

  I still have not received my order. 3 months no product. I’m also waiting for a refund as I cancelled the order last week. Most of the blame lies with Retrax but I recommend removing their product until they can deliver

  The long delivery( A SIGN OF THE TIME) was my only concern.Product packaged well, survived shipping without a mark.Fit perfectly with easy to follow instructions.Looks great like factory appearance.Peter and his gang easy to deal with, good price and friendly. Thanks guys, I'm happy.

  Sales crew are very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed 3 different orders that were delivered in a timely fashion. One item was drop shipped and the package was damaged. Tonneaucovered arranged a replacement very quickly. Their pricing is very competitive and saved me a very nice amount of money.

  The retraxPro MX was easy to install with 2 people. It arrived within 2 weeks of my order on my doorstep. It looks and operates great. Directions should be more clear about unlocking the handle before sliding on the rails. Other than that completely satisfied.

  i had delivery problems with FEDEX but conversation with TonneauCovered eased my concerns and assured me that they would take responsiblity if it was lost.. After 8 delivery notifications from FEDEX it finally came and i am very satisfied with the product - BAKFLip hard tonneau

  Very Poor Customer Service: After purchasing a tonneau cover and BedRug and being told it would be about 5 days before they shipped. After 10 days and no notice of shipping, I called and was told it would be another 5 days (as it’s custom made, which is not true, I have a standard size truck bed)! Then after 7 days passed and no notice, I called and was told it would be another 4-5 days in the Tonneau cover and they couldn’t tell me the status of the BedRug, so I stated that I felt so would have to cancel the order, the Customer Service person said “OK I’ll cancel it and hung up on me”! He has the chance to save the sale and failed to even respond with any apology! Based off that, they lost this sale and any other future sales from me!

  I eventually got the product and got what I ordered and the price was good, but communication during the long delivery delay was abysmal. With the order number one should be able to track status on the website, but other than the vague message that the order was "being processed", the website provided no details. It could have said how long the process would take or even that delivery was unknown because it was out of stock. Something...anything would have been more useful than "being processes". For all I knew, my order was still in someones inbox. So I didn't know how to plan to use the truck for trips because I had no idea when I would have a tonneau cover. Attempts to reach out by chat or text message were not always successful. It took weeks to get a committed delivery date. Mercifully, once I had a delivery date, it did not slip, but had a known it would take a month, I probably would have made a different decision. Meanwhile, several times a week, I'm being pestered by tonneaucovered.com to buy more stuff or rate my experience. Maybe leave people alone until you actually delivery them a product, huh? Despite the price, I think I'll find another place for the next truck accessory.

  This company has the BEST customer service and prices! Had to return a tonneau cover because, I saw a new model x4s. TonneauCovered.COM worked with me to return the x4 so I could purchase the x4s. Received it on Friday, 11 June 2021 installed it as soon as I got it! Looks great on my 2013 GMC Sierra Denali. Thank for all your help. I'm sure to tell all my friends about TonneauCovered.COM!

  I originally got a quote and 2 weeks later price went up by $100. Ordered unit and told on the phone I would have cover in 2 weeks ended being almost 4 weeks.
