  While the products I've received are good and the prices were reasonable, the customer service has been atrocious. I ordered a Retraxpro XR, Thule cross bars and mounts, and 2 Thule Proride XT bike racks. I paid expedited shipping on the order. I was told without it the order would take about 2 weeks to ship. It has now been 2 weeks since my order and I am still missing one item. I have tried to contact Customer Service 4 times both by phone and by email without response! At this point, I am asking for a refund on the missing item and will but it elsewhere.

  TonneauCovered was pleasant to deal with. The timeframe it took after ordering until I recieved it was not explained when ordering but other than that I recieved a quality cover for a fair price that I could not have gotten elsewhere. It took about a 32 days from ordering until arrival. Overall it was a positive experience.

  When I bought my truck August 2020, I put a inexpensive tonneau cover on until I found one I really wanted. I found the Bak Revolver X4S that I had been looking at for awhile. I prefer a rollup, that way its out of your way and not blocking the rear window. It went on and fit excellent, I had problems with my old covers clamps that hold the rails on. These fit just like they're supposed to. I'm no wrencher, but following the directions it took me about an hour to put on. Peter and Shaun bent over backwards for me and I appreciate it. They had the best price of all the online stores that sold this model. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need truck accessories, especially Tonneau covers.

  Found what I was looking for but wanted to verify the price as it was lower than everywhere else I looked. Got an answer back right away via text, and verified the price and fit of the parts. They sent me a quote in email right then and there which made ordering easy. They said my parts weren’t in stock and it would take 2-3 weeks to get them in. Wasn’t in a hurry, and with the money I saved I decided to go with the order. Turns out I got my parts in 3 days not three weeks. No complaints there! Customer service via text was very responsive (during business hours). Will definitely do business with this company again!

  In today's retail world the consumer expects items to ship within a day or two - not the case here. Tonneau cover for a 2021 F150 quad cab with std bed would seem to me to be the majority of the covers shipped for the most popular pickup in the world. Following confirmation of the order 2+ weeks ago I received an email indicating they would shipment details after the item actually ships. Well, today it finally shipped. Disappointed delivery lead time in modern commerce delivery systems. Price was good, but expect extended lead times.

  Seller does not tell you if item is in stock or not a time of purchase. My order took 52 days to deliver. I was given 4 different estimated ship dates. Every time I asked far a status update, they just blamed the manufacturer. I they had been honest and upfront from day 1, this would have been a much better experience. Highly doubtful I will purchase from them again.

  When I made my purchase I was under the the impression that it was to be shipped within a week. I received an email about a week later stating it would be delayed by a week or so. I waited and nothing so I emailed customer service again. Said it was vender delays but nobody could tell me anything except possibly mid May. Mid May came (yesterday) I called and still nothing but was told they would let me know when shipped. This morning (May 12) they tell me it’s shipped. I’m disappointed that it took this long to get this item shipped. Please don’t make false statements on fast shipping when you have zero control over it.

  This is my second and possibly final order. Very disappointed. I believe I was told whatever was thought needed to be said to make a sale. I asked where item would ship from was told New Jersey. Item shipped from Georgia. Delivery was important on this for me. Was confirmed several times that item had shipped as promised when in fact it had not. Expedited shipping was requested at suppliers cost. That was denied. Zero customer service provided. Could not get any customer service information. Was informed I was speaking to the manager. Pretty unfortunate experience.

  Navigation was good on site and helpful tech to answer questions. I just received my running boards and yet to install, so I will reserve comment on the product. It did arrive on the scheduled time, even though I was sent and email saying it would be delayed till the end of the month.
