  Arrived quickly without a hitch. Packing material was great and everything arrived in perfect condition. Super easy to install. Took me less than an hour. Didn't need any help. If using the self-adhesive seal strip along the box near the cab be sure to place it close to the inside box edge..

  I looked for a trifold cover for my gladiator on other sites with no real assistance. I was immediately helped and had the cover I wanted ordered, at the best price I could find. The closest price was. over $150 higher. I was also kept informed of the status of the delivery. I will definitely use Tonneaucovered.com again.

  everything worked real good I am a75 year old male and installed it my self took me about 4 hours I only needed help to lift up on the truck after running the wires to the battery I Then encased the wires in a plastic casing I bought at Harbor Freight The cover I bought was a RETRAX Powertraxpro XR works real well.

  After placing my order I was sent a confirmation email from you. I waited close to week and no shipping confirmation was sent. I called and was told there was a delay in shipping of at least a month. Very disappointed at this point. One month goes by from order date no cover. Called again was told this time it was a manufacturer issue. Very pissed about now and requested another shipping date in which was told by customer service they would email me a date which was not done. Called again and was told a date of shipping after saying I wanted to cancel my order. The whole experience of dealing with your company was not pleasant not easy. I was lied to and deceived, also I was sent a review before I even received my cover which I thought was very odd. I hope everyone doesn't go threw this as I did.

  I found that research on the site was easy to use and the information was satisfactory. The customer service online and over the phone was excellent! The price of the tonneau cover I purchased was the lowest I could find after researching for a couple weeks. The only problem I thought was that it took to long to get it shipped and delivered. It was a month after I ordered it before it was delivered, I was told that it would take approximately two weeks for the cover I purchased to get to me and longer for some other covers. This is somewhat understandable due to the COVID messing everything up but I was expecting a better delivery time. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the tonneau cover.

  Overall my experience with Tonneau covered.com was great. The main issue I had was the amount of time to receive this cover. It took 36 six day to receive the cover. No feedback from them, except my emails asking for information. I did receive the package eventually, in great shape with all parts. Easy install with help. As of right now I really like the cover and I think it is a great produce, but I did need it sooner than advertised. Would recommend this produce as long as you don't need it quickly..
