  Ordered tonneau on 1/29/20021, was told it would ship 2/18 or sooner.I asked for a tracking number on 2/22/21 and was told 2 days later it should ship on 3/5/21,but no guarantee. We are camping in Florida, and are leaving on 3/9/21.I was told they could not guarantee delivery by that date but could expedite for an additional $90. I totally understand the weather delays that occur in winter , but 5 + weeks and still no promise of delivery seems excessive. If you're not in a hurry, they're prices are great and Sean in customer service really tried to help, but the fact remains, an additional $90 cured the delay problem. I paid the extra $$ and had it two days later.

  I would give them five stars if they would have sold me OBD splitter/bypass when I ordered my running boards It took me almost a month to get it all worked out The good old post office refused my first one then after that I ordered one from the local auto parts store it didn’t work I called AMP direct and they told me that some splitters are junk get theirs so I went back to you guys to get their splitter I worked perfectly If you would have told me that in first place life would have been simple

  The website is like no other I've ever been on you have to email to get pricing, but the customer service is fast and helpful. The prices are fantastic, I ordered my tonneau cover on the spot. Haven't received it yet, it's in route, but look forward to installing it.

  The BAK MX4 took longer than expected to receive the cover. I ordered the cover on 1-5-21 and received an email that the estimated ship date would be 2-3-21, which I thought was pretty good since I knew that the lead-time was around 20 days. I followed up on 2-5-21 and was told that that I would receive a ship date as soon as BAK provides one. Not sure where the communication stopped between TonneauCovered and BAK, but it would have been nice to know what caused the delay, which I would have accepted. Once the a ship date was received, I was kept up to date with emails and text messages. The cover was packaged very well by BAK.

  The tonneau cover that i ordered (Ultraflex) was great, and cheaper than anywhere else i could find it for, but it took over a month from order date for me to receive my product. I used the chat feature on the track page to inquire about my shipment each week and every time i was told that it would ship 'by Friday'. The following week we'd go through the same process. This made things very difficult when it came to planning trips and/or being out of town as i kept expecting it to ship/arrive the following week.... for 4 weeks.

  The product ordered (Bak-flip bed cover) was excellent. It dropped right on to my pickup and looks and works perfectly. The problem is with the staff: they have no real idea about the shipping and delivery timing. When the product was ordered, they told me it would be 3 weeks. It turned out to be 6 weeks. I was OK with the 3 weeks because I was expecting it. I was not expecting the delay with no communication from the company. If they had told me it would be 5-6 weeks I would have been fine. It was very frustrating to have the feeling that they had walked away with hundreds of dollars of my money.

  Tonneau Covered definitely had the best price and ordering over the phone was easy. Once my cover was manufactured I received it within a couple days. It was easy to install and looks great. I read a previous review from a Honda owner that they changed the latch to the opposite (right) side. I did so as well. The manufacturer should consider this as a design change for Honda's because their tailgate opens two ways. It is inconvenient on the left side because that is the side it pivots on when opening. Either way is easy to swap to the other side.

  Their price is very good. Tha bad thing is that they take your payment when you place your order, but it may be 3 weeks or longer before your order is shipped. They shouldn’t take your payment until the order is shipped.

  I love the tonneau cover but unfortunately it came with two small tears in the rubber on the side and also the plastic corner cap had snapped off, after taking two months for it to arrive I didn’t want to send it back again. A nice cover for sure just gutted about the damage and time it took to arrive

  At time order was placed, ask when I could exspect delivery, I was told 2 to 3 weeks. My credit card was charged for item December 8. I have been in line and talked to customer service trying to get updates on delivery...today is January 18 and still no cover. I did get an update today ....but based on previous conversations...   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a $1500 cover from this company rather than my local dealer because Tonneaucoverred.com lied and promised I would receive my cover in 5-7 days. Well, it took a month and a half and when I did finally receive it, it was damage. I am now disputed the purchase with my credit card company. Stay far away from this Company!!!

  Ordered a cover on 12/15 and 3 weeks later received no correspondence. I replied to email sent to me asking how my experience went. I replied that I hadn’t received my order and if he could check on it. I was quickly informed the next day that delivery would be made 1/10/2021. I do feel customers should routinely be informed about their covers, since they invested a lot of money on their purchase. I purchased a cover in October and waited almost even longer. Peter Kittle assisted me in my order and I believe assisted in tracking my order. For this I am grateful. Frankie d.

  Unfortunately my order was miss handled by the courier and mixed up with a person down the road, thankfully we knew the person whose package was delivered to my address. When I called the neighbor to tell him that I had his package he informed me that he had mine therefore we got together and were able to exchange them. I was not at home when the package was delivered.

  My tonneau cover took almost one month to arrive. As I was installing it on my truck, I noticed scratches on the top of the cover and the one rail was slightly bent. For the price I paid, I was disappointed it came in this condition. I called tonneaucovered and was told they would send a new top. I sent pictures of the scratches and bent rail. I'll see how they handle the situation.

  This seller had the lowest price I could find and that by a significant amount. He was easy to deal with, except I thought doing email quotes first was a but redundant as he asked for the same info when I called him. He orders direct from the factory for you and it ships from there. He told me it might several weeks before I got my cover but it showed up via fedex in just over a week. I'd buy from him again.   Ordering and service was excellent but delivery time was longer than quoted. Since I was not in a hurry to get the cover it wasn’t critical. Support checked on my order and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Overall very happy with the outcome.

  Awesome top...received with a corner piece broken...I reached out for replacement piece so I could fix myself but have not heard back from the dealer. I did however registered the top with Bakflip and they sent me one. I also haven't received my $50 gift card I was supposed to get as well...I have not reached out to them on this yet. Top was awesome...customer service maybe not.

  The web site was easy to maneuver. The people on the phone were very helpful helping me make my choice of what cover would best work for me and where I live. Snow and ice in the north. Gave me a great price. Shipping was fast. And they sent me all the installation instructions to put it on my truck. Awesome service thanks tonneau covers. Would recommend to anyone.

  The product was as described. I was able to install it myself with very little issue. The reason I did not give it five stars is due to the fact that it took about 2.5 months for me to get my bed cover. I had no idea that it would take that long.

  Purchasing my Retrax retractable cover was great! Very easy shopping experience The expertise of the salesman (I can’t remember his name) was very helpful. The last (2) covers I purchased from a different manufacturer, and after getting the features and benefits of each, I was convinced to try the Retrax (comparable price). My 15 and 16 year old daughters installed it (no kidding). Start to finish about 90 minutes. If they did it again, they could take off some time). Quality looks great. The only issue we had, and I needed to help at this point, was fine tuning the lock pin (their hands were cold)! I highly recommend Tonneau Covered.com. You won’t get a better experience, or price!
