  When I received my cover, it was exactly as I had expected and was easily installed. The only somewhat challenging part was installing the side brackets at the rear for the hold down brackets but this just required some patience. It fits perfectly and looks great.

  My complaint is simply this: I realize that Tonneaucovered.com cannot control what manufacturers do to fulfill orders. They are a facilitator for said manufacturer, and in that way, they do a good job. However, they are also a facilitator to a paying customer! So my issue is: When a manufacturer decides, for whatever reason, to ONLY manufacture one style of cover, and it is NOT the style ordered by the paying customer? To me, it is incumbent on Tonneaucovered.com to communicate this to the paying customer as soon as they know this! Not wait until the paying customer has waited 5 weeks, poked and prodded the seller, repeatedly, to check on the status of the order, only to then find out that the manufacturer isn't even making the particular style they'd chosen! If Tonneaucovered.com would've continued to be proactive, with the manufacturer, they could've notified the paying customer, in a more timely fashion, and given them an alternative. The seller can then decide whether it is wiser to wait; or, to choose the alternative on their terms, not be caught hamstrung; (which is what happened in my case). To be clear, it is NOT tonneaucovered.com fault that the manufacturer chose to only make ONE style, I do not blame them for this fact. I do, however, think that it is incumbent upon them, as the facilitator, to proactively check-in WITH the manufacturer as to the status of their operation. As a project manager of many years, myself? That is how management is done, successfully.

  I was very happy with their price and there phone rep. I didn’t care for how incredibly long there so called (free) shipping takes. I was told that for just 90.00 I would have it by wednesday day January 13th. It is now 18:30 hrs and the paid delivery they promised never arrived.

  After placing my order I was sent a confirmation email from you. I waited close to week and no shipping confirmation was sent. I called and was told there was a delay in shipping of at least a month. Very disappointed at this point. One month goes by from order date no cover. Called again was told this time it was a manufacturer issue. Very pissed about now and requested another shipping date in which was told by customer service they would email me a date which was not done. Called again and was told a date of shipping after saying I wanted to cancel my order. The whole experience of dealing with your company was not pleasant not easy. I was lied to and deceived, also I was sent a review before I even received my cover which I thought was very odd. I hope everyone doesn't go threw this as I did.

  I found that research on the site was easy to use and the information was satisfactory. The customer service online and over the phone was excellent! The price of the tonneau cover I purchased was the lowest I could find after researching for a couple weeks. The only problem I thought was that it took to long to get it shipped and delivered. It was a month after I ordered it before it was delivered, I was told that it would take approximately two weeks for the cover I purchased to get to me and longer for some other covers. This is somewhat understandable due to the COVID messing everything up but I was expecting a better delivery time. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the tonneau cover.

  Overall my experience with Tonneau covered.com was great. The main issue I had was the amount of time to receive this cover. It took 36 six day to receive the cover. No feedback from them, except my emails asking for information. I did receive the package eventually, in great shape with all parts. Easy install with help. As of right now I really like the cover and I think it is a great produce, but I did need it sooner than advertised. Would recommend this produce as long as you don't need it quickly..

  Installed tonneau today, high quality and I am sure it will last a long-time. Need to fill our warranty - need to find out where serial number is? Would be nice if that was noted somewhere. Directions leave a little to be desired, should be rewritten in bulleted list step by step instead of several steps included in single paragraph. Had to call in and support was outstanding so that was great. I would purchase this item again for future trucks I might own. Quality is really nice and installation was easy but a bit confusing on instructions.

  Came in faster than promised, Price dropped for Black Friday but was a good price when I bought it. Tonneau Covers personnel were very helpful and kept me informed about the progress. Easy install with videos provided.

  Took a little longer to get to me than I thought, but with COVID, it seems to be the new norm. They answered my inquiries promptly and let me know exactly when it should ship. The cover I received is perfect and exactly what I wanted. All in all, great company to work with.

  Very happy with purchase. Delivered on time, installation was pretty straight forward and the finish matches the top of the bed railing. After a significant amount of rain, the cover held up pretty well. Only about a 1/4 cup of water managed to get through in one of the corners of the truck bed.
