  I read reviews online that mentioned receiving their order in 5-7 days. After placing my order, it took 3 weeks to receive my order. Quite a difference from 5-7 days. I would find out shortly that the delivery I waited so long for didn't even fit my truck. The wrong parts had been sent to me. I emailed and called customer service to make them aware of the problem and hopefully rectify the issues quickly. The response I received back was that they would check into the problem and get back with me. There was no real sense of urgency to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I am now at 5 weeks out and still waiting for the correct parts to install the cover. There have been no attempts by customer service to reach out and let me know the current status of my order. So far, the whole process has been quite frustrating. I realize that mistakes happen. It's what you do to correct them that makes all the difference in the world.

  When I found Tonneau covered web site. I thought it is was a fake site. I looked at the reviews. They had some bad reviews. This made me very skeptical about ordering from them. I kept getting emails from them. I called to get a price on a Roll n Lock m series cover, Roll n lock cargo manager and a bed rug. The prices where hard to believe. I finally said the heck with it and placed an order. I did not get an order confirmation after I spoke to the salesman. I called the next day. I expressed my concern about not receiving an order confirmation. The customer rep, sent one immediately. I was impressed. What impressed me more is that I received my Roll n lock cover TWO day after that call. I had called customer service two weeks later to ensure the last two pieces wasn’t lost. After that call, the last two pieces arrived two day later. Overall it has been a great experience dealing with Tonneau Coved. The best part is they saved me over 300 bucks total on the items I ordered. This site is legit and they will save you money.

  Priced my cover at two local dealers, by ordering from tonneaucoverrf and installing my self I’m saving $375 plus sales tax. I watched a utube about installation and it’s simple. Looking forward to receiving and installing it. If I have problems I’ll update my post.

  I called for a particular cover and told Was in stock and ready to ship, was sent a link to order, I ordered cover and was shipped 13 days later, if I new That it was going to take that long, I would have looked at another cover. Felt I was deceived. Still have not recieved cover ordered and paid for on 10/8/20 , it is now 10/21/20.

  The ordering experience was very complicated, seeing that everything has to be done online- a little annoying if you would actually LIKE to speak to someone for questions. Having a backorder is the worst possibility for your order b/c i couldn't get a hold of anyone & when I finally did after 3 emails & 2 phone calls "Sean" was VERY rude & ignorant with me over the phone. Still waiting for my truck cover- hoping its worth all the B.S.

  Price was great, however... I placed the order with Peter. (I believe this guy is the owner). I mentioned to him I was going on a trip and was curious when I would get it. He told me he would ask the factory to expedite the order and to call him the following week and he would let me know if they were able to expedite. This is where it gets interesting, As requested, 1 week later I contacted them. I used the chat feature. The name said Peter. I explained why I was contacting them (Peter told me to) and the reason (to see if they were able to expedite the order). I know you can’t tell tone over chat, but this guy was rude. He told me that there was no way any of his employees would have told me the order could have been expedited. And he said that for another $75 he could get it from another distributor and expedite the order. And his comments were rude. So, I picked up the phone and called and spoke when Peter. I asked him why he talked like he did over the chat feature. His exact words were “I run my business a certain way...” I was didn’t lose my cool and I told him I was contacting him because he ASKED me to when I placed the order. I also told him that the way I was treated really wasn’t professional. So, now 14 working days later I get the message the item was shipped (I was originally told it would be 10 or a couple of days less). I’m away on my trip. Hopefully it’ll be there when I get home in 2 weeks. Would I do business with them again? Nope. I believe I’ll find a business that appreciates my business next time.

  Their pricing can't be beat. They were by far the lowest Price on the Internet. Company representative was polite and knowledgeable and professional. He obviously knows his job very well and leads very smoothly into a sales pitch to buy additional merchandise Which is OK I received several emails from them asking me if I needed additional items from their store. I had requested an update on the ETA and did not receive an answer which led to a second request from me which I received a day later that it would be shipped out on a cetain date. Since then, I have received several messages evening informing me it had been picked up with a delivery ETA of November 15. All in all a Great Vendor to do business with. I will check with him in the future for any future needs I might have.

  Great pricing and very responsive Customer Service. My biggest issue was their shipping notification software. I received no updates for 12 days, then on day 12 I e-mailed and immediately received a response saying my product was out for delivery that day. Most shipping software is usually updated to let the customer know when the product order was received, shipped, out for delivery, etc. I would be able to give a 5 star rating with that improvement because the customer service response time was phenomenal when I notified them of my issue.

  Main issue was shipping waited over a month after ordered and paid for to get it delivered. After delivery there was minor deficits with it. The front brace brackets on both sides the rivets are not secured properly and I needed to replace the rivets. Also there was a minor dent on the underside of the cover After pay6almost 1k and waiting a month I'd wish there was no damage and defects.

  Ordered both steps and a bed cover from them. Overall they’re service is good and they are responsive during business hours. Unfortunately my bed cover took 6 weeks to ship. Probably more of the manufacturers fault but still something you should know prior to ordering. Regardless, still the lowest price out there. I would purchase again from them but it would be great if they let you know up front on lead times, especially if it’s more than 2 weeks out.

I ordered the Roll N Lock “A” series from Pete late on a Monday morning and it was delivered to my house in Florida on Thursday afternoon. Installation took a little less than 2 hours.   I have waited for a month for my product to be delivered. I realize that supply chains are backed up, and when I speak to customer service they are very nice and say they will check in with the manufacturer and get back to me. But I needed this product and hoped that the 2 week initial delivery time would be enough but to my disappointment I still don't have my cover and my credit card was charged a month ago.

  From the time of order it was nearly a month before I received my BAK Flip, during install I found one corner broken, luckily it was a part that appears can be replaced, I have already notified BAK. I only hope it doesn't take another month for part.

  Love the looks of my BAK FLIP MX4 just wish it did not leak so bad. I have asked for the tailgate seal kit but have not received a response. Leaks front, rear and sides somehow. I know they are not waterproof but I appear to have leaks all around.

  Happy with the cover but took 6 weeks to have it delivered. Somehow the cover was delivered to a different address that is 300 miles from where I live. Was unable to reroute to the correct address, had to be shipped back to the manufacture and then took another week sitting in Missouri before it was reshipped. The thing that really bothered me, there was no support from the seller, told me it was my responsibility to deal with FedEx, poor customer service. FedEx wouldn't help me and told me I had to contact the sender who was the manufacture. Only after I asked to cancel the order and request a refund did they get involved to contact the manufacture.

  The staff was helpful in identifying the proper cover for my 2021 Silverado. Once I placed my order I was not forgotten. I received regular email communication keeping me informed and educating me on installation care and maintenance. Not to mention the price was a couple of hundred under local pricing.

  There was a slight delay in getting the Solid Fold 2.0 from Extang. The Customer Service Representative was very understanding and helpful and she had the cover delivered in 2 days from her distribution center. The cover arrived is a damaged box but the cover itself was not damaged at all. The install was simple and straight forward and the cover fit as expected. The cover is very well made and seals are tight and not showing any gaps or possible points of leakage. I have a 2019 F150 Raptor and the auto tailgate release works as it did before the cover was installed. Based on past reviews, that was a concern of mine but not a problem. All and all, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend the Solid Fold 2.0 and Tonneaucovered.com

  Much better at taking orders than fulfilling them. I waited for six weeks after my order was placed without any updates other than the initial notification that my shipment was delayed. Once I contacted customer service, my order shipped in days. The estimated shipping date should be communicated prior to placing the order. I would not have placed this order if I knew that it would be nearly two months before my cover was received. Additionally, I was billed for the product at the time the order was placed, despite not receiving it for two months.

  Everything went together quite easily, however several screws were missing for the plastic clip. replacement were purchased at local hardware store for .50. and end piece on one of the rails needed to be glued back. Minor issue. Overall pretty happy with product. I will recommend to others.

  I tend to research things to death. I received a price right away from them on line. I looked at several other places over the week. I chatted with them several times getting more info. I finally made the call and talked in person. They gave me an even better deal. Great to work with and talk to. Answered questions, gave suggestions. Did all the paper work, they made that very easy. Most times I can go online and pull up the order and follow where it is. So far they have been emailing me letting me know the progress of the order. They really go out of their way to make things easy and just give that extra service. And the best price by far. So far I have the Bak Revolver and now the Power Bars with these guys and they have been the best price I could find.

  I ordered the Bak Flip MX4. When I ordered it I was told it would ship in 7-10 days, which I though was a long time anyways, but was willing to put up with It due to the good price. I inquired with customer service several times because I received no updates, only e mails trying to seek me more stuff. It took me threatening to cancel my order to get any action and the replies I received from customer service were vague and some were downright rude. My order finally shipped 22 days after I ordered it. Got it in 2 days and am happy with it. The customer service (or lack there of) is the reason for the 2 stars. I would not order from this company again. I would spend the extra $20 and order it off is Amazon.

  Good service, decent communication. One negative, it was not revealed until after I ordered my cover it would take a week to 14 days before it would ship, it ended up being a month before I received it, not their fault but I feel the delayed shipping time should be up front, not after it is ordered.

  Nav of site was fine, Service was friendly. But my cover was shipped with the wrong hardware bolts. When I finally received the correct hardware I was able to install the cover that sat in my garage put together in the middle of the garage floor. Which kept me and my wife from parking in the garage. When I was able installed the cover with the correct hardware I was curious about the rails that I was sent. After sending pictures I found out I was also sent the wrong rails. Months later I ordered the Yakima T slot package for my retrax cover. Well 1st I received the SKS locks then later I received the landing pads then weeks later I received the Skyline towers. Now a month+ later I still have not received the Jetstream bars. All this has resulted in a 3 star rating.

  Excellent company pricing and follow up. However the unit was damaged in shipping so I had to refuse delivery. Reported damage to Tonneaucovered.com and they responded immediately with a reorder for me for/with a replacement unit. Top notch customer service!!!

  My new Bakflip cover is awesome, but shipping times were long and I didn't feel like the tonneau covered customer care department were much help. Blamed the manufacture for being back logged and not responding back. End the end I received my cover and I love it...just took a long time!

  Ordering was easy, but went downhill after that. I was sent installation instructions that were wrong - "Peter" acknowledged that, but NEVER SENT THE RIGHT ONES! Seriously? I had to call around to installers to get the right information. But, of course, they continued to send me more emails to buy other things. I would not recommend this website - poor follow-up, and know nothing about the covers.

  TonneauCovered.com site is easy to navigate. Order is promptly processed and money collected from the credit card used. Order placed on August 7 and item delivered on September 4, nearly a month later. TonneauCovered.com was not responsive to order status requests, nor provided follow-up to phone discussion with sales staff. One email promised shipment in 5 business days, but actually occurred two weeks later. Company needs to be more forth coming in order status and to provide follow-up when asked about an order. Product was received in good condition and fit the application as describe.

  I ordered from here because of price free shipping and no taxes. All reviews I read claimed how quickly customers received their covers. Well I placed my order on August 19th knowing I had foot surgery on September 10th. Thinking if it takes a week or so to get here then I can get it put on before I’m not able to walk for 3 weeks well it’s September 12th and was just delivered today. I hope there’s not any issues with it since now it will be sitting in my shop till I can get on my feet and install it. I contacted customer service a few times trying to find out when it would ship was told because of Covid the manufacturer Retrax was having to make them to order. So I should expect to get shipping conformation by 9/3. Well I didn’t so contacted by phone on 9/7 was told they would need to talk to Valeria but would call me back. Well no call back or email till on 9/9 when I received the shipping notification. To be completely honest I felt good about my purchase from reviews even emails talking about how fast customers receive their covers.
