  So the best thing from ordering from tonneaucovered.com is that you get the best price. Other than that, I'm not happy of the fact that they failed to tell me that it would take over 3 weeks to get my cover. They could have said, hey it's a few weeks out. One thing that was fast was that they charged my card the day I ordered the tonneau cover. Although they forgot to tell me my order would take so long, I got almost daily spam email for other products they want to sell me for my truck.

  When I ordered my cover & extender I pretty much knew what I wanted. The salesperson was very helpful in making sure I got them. However I received an email on Saturday saying my order was delayed. I called Monday and was advised to leave a message and someone would get back by end of day. No one called back. I called sales a couple of days later, I was not happy, he said he would find out about my order and get back to me. He did not get back to me but I received an email the next day saying I would have my cover on Saturday. I know many people now days are ok with texts and emails but when I spend the amount of money I spent I would like a personal touch of the company talking to me and by doing so telling me they appreciate and want to keep me as a customer.

  My original cover order was delayed due to availability problems with the manufacturer. After waiting for several weeks, the TC Rep suggested an alternate...and had it delivered the next day! After a short install time, I have the truck up and running with a covered bed ...and it looks great!

  My original order was not in stock, and not available for another month. I was offered an upgraded model for an additional cost. I needed one sooner, so I paid the upgrade and it will be delivered shortly. I was told I wouldn't be charged for shipping as a perk, but shipping was free anyway, so there was no real benefit.

  Great price and helpful customer service, however i feel the 2+ week delivery time is excessive and was not communicated up front.. especially given the fact that it arrived to my door just two days after they finally handed it to FedEx for shipping. Taking 2 weeks to just leave the warehouse after the order is placed seems silly. If it's going to be that long, it needs to be mentioned at checkout. Maybe this would make sense if it was a built to order item, but it's not. In hindsight, I probably would have paid just a little bit more for it to arrive much sooner. I'm only giving this a higher 4 star rating because of the friendly customer service.

  It was simple. The representative helped me equip my truck and gave me the best price available online. Shipping was quick. There was a couple small cosmetic damages on the tonneau cover. It was obvious that it happened in shipping. I decided the damages weren’t enough to go through the hassle of sending it back. I am crunched for time. All in all tonneaucovered.com did a great job.

  I'd call it a flawless experience! Fantastic pricing. I was a bit reluctant because it seemed too good to be true. But I ordered anyway. Took around 2 weeks to get to me, a little long than most, but with the money I saved, I had no issue with waiting a little longer. My cover arrived today, packaged well, and I just finished installing the bakflip mx4 on my f150. Highly recommend!

  I have to admit they have a great price on their products. However once you place an order they will charge your credit card then ship your product maybe in 7 to 10 business days . They don’t tell you before you purchase it could take two to three weeks before they ship. So don’t be in a hurry for your purchase.

  I think the website is not very user friendly. The service personnel were very helpful via telephone and were knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. The tonneau cover did not arrive in the time the said it would. That may have been a COVID thing....I’m not sure. Also, They need to back off a bit on their emails. They send me emails CONSTANTLY!

  I was drawn in by the less expensive product they had to offer. Upon receiving the product the boxes were damaged and the product look as though it had been used. Customer service was apologetic and agreed to replace the item, I have returned the damaged product and still waiting for replacement. Overall wait time from start to date 3 weeks and counting.

  Great cover. Great price. Very slow to receive my cover. It took 30 days after they got my money and I couldn't get a straight answer out of them. They don't answer the phone and they don't call back THAT BUSINESS DAY despite what their message says. I finally got someone in customer service to tell me that they would contact Bakflip and call me right back. I got an e mail the next day that said Bakflip had production issues due to Covid 19. Why didn't they just tell me that when I first inquired 3 weeks ago?! Why didn't Peter tell me that when I ordered it?

  I have now purchased 2 items for my truck. A Tonneau Cover and a Bed Rug. TonneauCovered has done a good job filling both orders. The tonneau cover was delivered in just 2 days, and the bed rug in about 5 days. I saved good money on both orders, no shipping charges or taxes, quick easy and clean transaction.   When I ordered a tonneau cover they never said there would be any type of delay in my order. After several weeks I canceled my order and I expected a refund. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute this with them. I would definitely think twice before ordering from this company.

  Tonneau Covered offered a great tonneau cover selection on the site. Price they offered for my undercover armor flex was $100 less than any other seller. Others told me 6 week delivery for my 8 foot bed. Tonneau Covered had it shipped in 14 days. Great product, Great price, awesome service!

  The only issue I had was when I ordered I was told it would be around 2 weeks to ship and I didn't get my cover for a month. Everybody blames Covid for everything but if it's going to be a month, tell me when I make a decision to order. I think that's getting to be a stretch for excuses. However after 3 weeks I will say Peter immediately jumped on the Manufacturer with an email demanding they get me satisfied. That was encouraging!!! Other than that, their prices was the best and everything so far is ok. Just got the cover installed myself with a buddy helping, not bad but take your time, read the instructions 4 times, and it's not too bad. The first time takes about 5 hours, I could do one now in 2-3.

  When you place an order, they charge your card immediately, but didn't ship for two weeks. You shouldn't charge until the item ships. Too many follow up e-mails (marketing).

  I ordered two items a Retrax Pro MX and Amp power steps. Both were at reasonable prices. I was checking on numerous sites and found Tonneaucovered.com, and called I spoke with Peter in sales and and later Nicole in customer service. The staff in this company is second to none, very knowledgeable and helpful. I installed both items on my new truck and couldn't be happier with product they sell and the professionalism helpful service they provide.   I placed my order and they have finalized the transaction and have my funds almost 4 weeks ago.......... And still no tracking number or confirmation of shipping. No one has contact me with updates The last 5 times I emailed them they keep telling me the same thing . "There is a small delay of shipping due to COVID". No ETA . I am not unable to talk to anyone on the phone because it goes to voicemail. I am beginning to wonder if they even have it in stock and if I should cancel my payment.   From the time I ordered my cover they have been in contact every step of the way. Even sending guides for installation and keeping in touch. Whenever there was an update to the status of my order they notified me immediately and today I will receive my order earlier than expected. Excellent customer service and great price right from the start. I will update my review if I encounter any issues once my cover arrives, but so far everything has been amazing.

  Went on like a dream, the only thing I would recommend is some sort of seal around the drain tubes. A 3/4" drill bit is to large for the supplied tube and is to easily removed from the hole though the body cut out. I siliconed it but a rubber gasket would be nice.

  Placing the order was easy and quick. I did think it was odd to click a link, get an email requesting the type of vehicle so I could get a quote. It appears to have all worked out as my new cover is on its way! Hope it is the right one!

  I ordered my cover from Tonneau covered.com because they bragged about their fast delivery. I ordered on 7/1 and did not receive it until 7/18 ! That is not fast. If i hadn’t called to check on it I don’t know when i would have received it.

  They were good on price but the top I ordered was delayed two months. I asked about changing my order and they upgraded to the MX4 at an amazing price and it shipped within two weeks of the order. I will deal with them again

  Cover was deliver much earlier than expected. Cover fit nicely and was easy to install. One small broken part, but Tonneau Covered is on it, new piece to arrive soon from the factory. Overall, I couldn't be happier.
