  After 15 years of driving a Titan with an A.R.E. clamshell bed cover that I loved, I traded for a RAM 1500 this year. I wanted to transition to a bed cover that allowed hauling access, but hated the idea of giving up the security and protection of a clamshell. After narrowing down my search to a few options I went online to search for a particular model and came across tonneaucovered.com in a google search. I chatted and then called to confirm expected outcomes from the cover and the purchase details. I wound up talking to Shaun (you will see Peter in the ads) and he was a wealth of knowledge having worked for the company I wanted to purchase from for ten years previously. He confirmed and enhanced my understanding of the pluses and minuses of my selection and also the terms of the deal. Net, I saved almost $300 between discounts, shipping costs and sales taxes versus the manufacturer's pricing. To top it off, the manufacturer was showing 28-30 day lead times due to COVID issues and we all get that. But tonneaucovered.com shipped the same item in 8 days and I will get it tomorrow. Don't know how I'll like the new cover yet, but the tonneaucovered.com buying experience was excellent.

  After ordering my Undercover Ultra Flex on a Wednesday it arrived on the following Sunday. No issues upon opening the shipping box and began the installation on Monday. Took about 1 hour 15 minutes to install including reading and viewing a free installation video. Looks great and operates like a pro installed. Saved a lot of money!

  I first saw the Roll-NL-Lock offered on GMC accessories web site. I liked the product but felt it was overpriced. I started searching the web for alternatives and found TonneauCovered.com. Sales immediately reached out to help . They were very aggressive (in a good way) to secure me as a customer. The price they gave me was good but I didn't commit at that time and continued to search the web. They didn't give up and offered an even better price. I couldn't resist and not only bought the Roll-N-Lock cover but the cargo manager they make as well. The purchase process was a breeze and salesman was very cordial in the process. I had constant messages to my e-mail and text on status of order in shipping process. I have NEVER had such good communication before and I have bought a lot on the internet. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product at a great price along with having a sales staff that cares about customer satisfaction. I wish you had higher than a 5 star rating so I could give it!

  Paid for expedited delivery, received cover 2 days later. Better price than what I saw elsewhere, even with the expedite fee. The RetraxPro XR cover was easy to install. I watched a short video and read the instructions. There are about 4 steps, very straightforward and quick install. You need 2 people. Assembly is 6 screws, set it in the truck, install 6 clamps and its done. Quality cover. Was not cheap, but quality never is.

  Severely disappointed with the service. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Their voice mail states someone will call you before end of day however 3 messages over 3 days and zero call backs! Order was delayed in shipping by several days and when I finally received my order I only received part of it. Again, severely disappointed. Use caution in ordering from this company.

  Their prices are great!! Shipping information was misguided. Was told the cover would ship 3-5 days once the order was placed and I would have the cover in 2 weeks. Received an email blaming the Covid thing on a delay in shipping even though the website claims no delays.   I was very skeptical when buying, I thought there was no way I was getting a new cover for hundred less than even the manufacturer was selling it for. I thought I would get a repaired or returned.   This is the second one I've installed myself. My first we as G3 but I upgraded to the MX4 this time. The first one I installed in about 30 minutes. This one took a little longer due to alignment issues but it was still done in about an hour. This is a great product.., very easy to use and secure enough for my needs. It can be broken into but what can't be? Locks are designed to keep honest people honest.

  Corresponded via the chat feature. The rep asked me good questions to determine what cover would best fit my needs and responded to my questions quickly and knowledgeably. As I explained to both gentlemen, I have a 12 year old BAK/Flip cover on my 2009 Nissan Frontier that I purchased and installed for my new Nissan in the fall of 2008. The cover still looks great and works perfectly. Problem is, the new cover I just purchased for my new 2019 Nissan leaves a lot to be desired in terms of design dimensions and configuration. A new feature in the new cover is the ability to close the tailgate without lifting the back/last flap of the cover. Well the side rails are too long so that if you close the tailgate without lifting the last flap it jams into both side rail ends which would obviously create damage to the structure. Good news is I moved the tailgate very slowly many time to see if there were any issues before I completely fastening it. With the side rails moved as far forward as possible, I still had to modify the plastic rail end caps to be able to close the tailgate both with and without lifting the last panel of the BAK/flip cover. Second issue is that the seal on the front of the rail troths leaks partly because the drain holes don't align properly to the drain outlet. Third issue is that the bolt mounting holes between the cover and bottom plastic support structure don't line up. I had to use a course round file for properly align the holes so as to not have the mounting bolts pitched sideways which would have left an ugly dent in the top of the cover when tightened to the side rail. You need to notify the manufacturer of the issue for future builds so that the BAK/FLIP name remains at the top of the customers lists when looking to purchase a bed cover.

  Went on preety easily on my 2020 Ram Limited. Don't know if it leaks but it seems to seal well at all spots. It looks great and I'm happy with that!

  Everything went just as the salesperson stated, next time I would get a signature from FedEx they left the cover at the wrong address, scary paying that much and having it delivered two blocks away.
