  The order was handled reasonably well, I am happy with my MX4 cover. They were not real good on keeping track of what was going on and could not explain why it took so long to get my cover. When I received my cover, it was easy to figure out why, because it was made 2 days before it shipped. They should have been able to get this information from the factory and relay it to me.

  Excellent cover. I went with the BAKFlip MX4. Only reason I gave 4 stars was there were a few scratches/dings that I will probably be the only person who notices. Cover was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Install only took about 25 minutes.

  I kinda stumbled onto the Tonneau Covered site, just seeing what was out there. While exploring the site a popup from Peter came up and ask if he could help, so I tried typing to answer his questions about what I wanted, but being 69 was having trouble putting into words. I told him it would be easier to call the phone number and he said it would be fine. I called and got Peter one the phone and within a couple minutes he explained the cover I wanted was the MX4 and I got a better cover and a really great price. I installed it 3 days ago and rained yesterday and truck bed stayed dry. Will tell everyone I know about my great experience. Will shop there again.

  I had searched for several days, local and online and had no success in finding a cover for my 94 Ford Ranger. I only found one and they could not guarantee delivery. Finally found TonneauCovered.com online. Had one ordered in about 5 min. delivered and installed in 5 days. Half the price for the same cover from another supplier.

  I ordered Bak MX4 and recieved a used product, the rail have multiple scratches and the rubber seal is torn. The folded cover have dents and also mutiple scratches. The worse part is, all hardware is missing. As soon as I open the box I immediately noticed that all the hardware is missing. So the first thing I did is called the customer service and I wa as told that there's no hardware needed to install the cover. That's a lie of course because I know I needed the hardware coz I've research this product and watch numerous video on how to install them. So that same day I called customer service again and told them that they send me a used item. The person I talked to told me to take pictures and emailed it to them. I was then promised to get a new item. I told them they better send me a replacement asap and if not I demanded a full refund. I was promised that very same day that they going to send me a replacement but until now I still never gotten a confirmation or tracking number that they did send me the replacement. Today at 0830, I recieved an email from Valeria Hunt stating that they've already ordered my replacement and will be getting the tracking number. I called this afternoon before they closed and talked to shawn and was told the same thing, they will be shipping my replacement and will be getting my tracking number. Well I'm here to tell you that didn't happen. I have to wait again till tomorrow so I can contact them again to see when am I gonna get the replacement. I don't recomend anybody on buying any product from you guys ever. Peace of advice, but it on your local store, you might end up paying a little bit more but you more likely gonna get a better customer service and in most cases can see the product that you're buying.

  Order dept did a great job; but once the cover arrived there was head rail damage with some missing nuts, bolts, etc. The damage was not from fedex. The package was wrapped poorly inside. The cover's installation cannot be done as descripted in the installation guide due to little clearance with cab and bed for 2020 ranger model. Cover does not lay flat but in time it might..Rate the Extang 2.0 solid as a #3.

  Getting in touch with tonneaucovered.com was extremely easy. I messaged them through Facebook and they spent about two hours talking to me about the differences in covers and answering all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they were extremely transparent with their pricing and sales. They stayed in touch through the purchasing process. It took 10 calendar days for me to receive my cover after the purchase and everything was perfectly packaged and intact. The cover was as advertised, super easy to install, and I received the best fitted cover specific to my truck based on the information I gave them. Overall a great experience for a first time buyer, and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

  I purchased the Bakflip cover. It arrived in a very well packed box with no damage. I was surprised at how easy it was to install. I do wish it had come with a positive locking system beyond the just the tailgate. It seems like a thief could simply pry up the trailing edge of the cover just a quarter inch and reach in a thin piece of metal with a hook to activate the release. I plan on checking with the manufacturer. Past that, the quality is outstanding.

  I purchased 2 tonneaucovers and one went on perfect the one for my truck not so great . When you are buying for a gmc watch out coz they are t truly made for them. Rails go on leaving a quarter inch gap between the rail and the truck. Not happy with it at all and for what I paid it should fit like a glove .

  The product, AMP Research PowerStep w/Plug N Play is a quality product and TonneauCoverd Company is a quality company as well. Dealing with Peter was a good experience. I received a price that was less than any other company was offering along with free shipping. The only problem I had was when I asked how difficult are the running boards to install? I was told the instructions are very good but nothing about that I may have to CUT the metal running boards down from 72 inches to 65 inches in length to fit my truck!! That is why I rated this transaction with 3 stars. Who buys a product expecting to have to make major modifications to it, for it to work? I blame AMP Research as well because you will not find this fact in any advertising.

If I could share one disappointment, the shipment/delivery updates came via text at early morning hours. I'd like to see those come at a more normal hour...night texts aren't common for me; I tend to associate night texts as trouble. These texts may come from the shipper; just sharing my experience which was great aside from the shipment/delivery updates.

  The process of placing my order and receiving it was very easy. At first when I received my order I was a bit concerned because I only received one box and because mine is a long-bed I did not get the rails on the first day of delivery, this however was the fault of UPS of not reading the shipping tag of two boxes rather than one. The installation went for the most part very well; however, if I can make one suggestion it would be to have a little deeper groves on both the rails and clamps because I did have a little trouble keeping the clamps from slipping and staying straight up & down. I do like my caver very much and I would recommend it and your company.

  The ordering process was easy, though the price was not as deeply discounted as advertised in the emails they bombard you with( and it is a lot). Peter was friendly enough on the phone though. My cover ended up $6.00 less than the advertised price on Auto Anything. They stated my order would ship in 2-3 days, but it actually took 12 days and about 10 emails to their customer service to get it to ship. Never got an explanation as to why it was late shipping and was never offered any sort of remedy or incentive to try and keep me as a customer. I am yet to get the part and see if they sent the right item but at this point I don’t hold out much hope. Overall a horrible experience and I will not be using them for future orders.

  The site was very easy to access all of my info needed but i didn't have time to compare all the different brands and options. i did some quick research and then called and spoke to Peter Kittle. Peter is very good at what he does and directed me right to what i needed. Our tonneau covers arrived today so I cant speak about the product yet.

  I talked with a rep on the phone because it seems easier that way, I can get all questions answered and I can make sure I get the exact product to fit my truck, which I did. Tonneaucovered had the best prices and the largest selection. You can't go wrong with this company.

  I did my due diligence But it did me no good. I looked at the installation for the Retrax on a 2019 Ford Ranger and because it showed an Aluminum filler at the front of the bed I went with that brand ( I was also told by Peter that is why for my truck it was a little more expensive) but when I received it had no aluminum filler but a $2 piece of sponge rubber. When I called Peter he just said "you'll have to call the mfg." Well I didn't buy it from the mfg. I bought it from Peter. ALSO the day I called peter the manual on Retrax web sight STILL showed the Aluminum filler.
