  I was a little Leary ordering a tonneau cover on line because of the amount of money. I ordered a retrax pro for Pete at the best price around and no tax. I installed it myself with the instructions with no problems. I was very happy with the tonneau I later ordered a Yakima HD overhaul Rack from Pete and got it 3 days later.   The website was informative and good selection of covers to choose from. The order took about 1 week for delivery. Installation was very easy and took about one hour. It was very helpful to watch a video of the model I purchased before starting the install. The cover works great, and looks great, very low profile.

  Best prices I have seen on the various items I have purchased, extremely fast shipping, and a “no BS”, but courteous approach to customer service. My only other observation is, their web site focuses so much on the tonneau covers, that it’s hard to find the other things they sell.

  The ordering was great, the price super. The delivery the rail box was open but all parts were there. The passenger side rail was bent pretty good up at the top by the cab. We made it work as we did not want to go through the hassle of shipping it back and waiting for a replacement piece.

  Basically all the guy on the phone did was take my email address and sent me an email with the order form. I did everything else myself he really didn’t do anything to help me pick out a cover or anything I had to make my own decision. I guess I am lucky that I did my own research. He really didn’t do anything to help me and I could’ve done that all online anyway apparently I really didn’t even need him. They advertise that they have special deals when you call and extras when you call and he never made any attempt to offer me anything

  Very pleased with my truck bed cover from tonneaucovered.com. Not only were they considerably less than all the other sites I shopped, but I was also able to talk personally with one of the sales associates. A clip was broken when I received the cover, but was immediately replaced when I let them know. A great place to order from and would definitely recommend!

  The price was great, delivery was fast and the product was perfect. However, I held back from the 5th star because the ordering process feels cumbersome. Not sure why they do the pricing/ordering by phone. Suspect it has to do with advertised pricing restrictions from the manufacturers which I get. The other issue was emails. I was given an email to call and order which I promptly did but continues to receive emails reminding me to call and order right up to the point the product was delivered by UPS. I would recommend them to others but would warn whomever I was speaking with to expect the quirks.

  Your sales representative (Peter K.) needs a tutorial on customer service. He was very accommodating as I inquired about the different types of covers available. However, after the order was shipped and delivered, his tone and approach took a negative turn. I would not recommend Tonneau because of Peter's lack of professionalism. I am a co-founder of our local truck club and I have let our members know not to purchase their covers from Peter. If Peter was more of a professional, you would have received several more orders from our truck club members.

  I found the Tonneaucovered.com easy to navigate. They had the best price for the Truxedo Pro X15 cover I purchased. It arrived within a day of when I was expecting it. The package arrived in excellent condition. The directions were simple to follow and cover was fairly simple to install. Took 15 minutes. Please with transaction and product.

  Delivery was delayed (COVID-19), however once I contacted customer service, the issue was immediately corrected. The cover was shipped quickly and I am completely satisfied with the experience. Would be 5 stars if they had identified the issue before I contacted them.
