  Haven't received merchandise yet (ordered yesterday), but so far this has been one of the best online companies I have ever ordered from (and I do a lot - over $100K a year) and Peter should be called Peter Perfect. Quick, clear, and decisive answers to questions, both technical and procedural. This is a very intelligent company staffed by very intelligent helpful people who understand what it takes to be in a business where the product can be obtained anywhere and they work hard to provide total service at the best price. Times are tough during this Corona Virus Epidemic, and only the most flexible, astute small businesses may survive this national quarantine. Peter and friends understand this and work hard to make the deal work for both of you. I have been in the auto parts business (warehouse, 11 stores, and 200 employees), have seen it all over the years, and believe Peter and Tonneau Covered are among the absolute best. Peter is a man I would like to have running one of my stores for me. Use him - Buy from him. You will be glad you did.

  They had the best price on the item I purchased from them. However they claim that they are removing the middle man and are giving you factory direct pricing. This is just a redefinition of “middle man” and clever marketing on their part. They in fact are the middle man and drop ship orders directly from the manufacturer vs actually stocking the product themselves. The reason I gave them three stars is due to the lack of customer service within the corresponding emails between myself and peter. I got the impression that this individual did not appreciate and was irritated with my back and forth emails containing multiple questions on pricing, product info, and incentives offered on their website regarding the purchase of other products. His attitude reflected in his choice of words or lack of words was a turnoff and if not for the price of the product, I would have given my business to another entity that offers the same service. Summary: good pricing but crappy customer service In dealing with sales/customer satisfaction and customer retention.

  We are in the middle of a national crisis and Peter took the time to walk me through every option, and have shipping started two days later!! He is a SOLID $100.00 cheaper than other competitors AND more precise in fitment model than Amazon. When I call with questions HE answers the phone, not some random person in another country.   Ordered last Wednesday, delivered about noon yesterday. Packaging was excellent, product was complete with no damage. My son came over to help me do the install and it took us about an hour. That includes removing the old cover. Fit was perfect and it looks great. Tonneau Covered was very easy to work with.

  Talked with an online agent about the cover and price and had to call another person to order. The second asked for more information than the first. The information needed didn't matter in the long run as the boxes asked about were the same size. Just got a little awkward for a few seconds. All was good in the end.

  The Undercover brand is why I bought the Armor cover Tonneau. Back in 2005 I had an undercover cap on a Ford pickup and the cover was great. When I decided to buy a cover for my GMC Sierra the undercover brand was my go too. This cover was beautiful and as easy to install . I’m 69 and installing this cover was a breeze.   I ordered my Roll & Lock on 3/4/20, and it was at my house on 3/6/20. I could not believe it. I have not installed it yet, so I can't say anything about that.Hopefully all parts will be there and there isn't any damage, but if there is and there customer service is as good as there shipping, I think I'll be alright.   I have not received the cover as of yet. The service has been good. The only issue I would have thus far is I received a quote on my cover and when I called to order, it was $10 more. I did give the the exact vehicle but was told the bed length made it cost more. I did include bed length when I was getting the quote but the service rep told me a higher price. Other than that. Great. As I said, I have not received the cover as of yet.

  Peter did a great job. I am very satisfied with the solid fold 2.0. I wish it was 1” wider and tapered to fit the contour of the bed but the quality of the cover is very good. The price was satisfactory so I am a satisfied customer.

  I contacted Tonneaucovered.com on a whim. I had just bought my new Ford F150 and need a cover. Immediately I was swamped with emails from Peter Kittle. I search many sites, but Tonneaucovered.com really seemed interested in my business, so I broke down and called to see if Peter would actually answer the phone or would I be connected to a call center. Much to my surprise, Peter answered the phone and asked me how he could help me. He gave me his honest opinion about the various product types, he asked what was most important to me, and then gave my his recommendation. He said, "you won't find a better price than what I quote you", and furthermore he directed me to the recommended manufacturers website so I could watch a video about the cover and learn additional information. I checked prices from several sources, and he wasn't blow'n smoke, --- He did have the best price with free delivery. I highly recommend that you call Peter Kittle.   I recently purchased an Extang Revolution Tonno for my new Ford F-150. It was a great price and came in less than a week. There was a very small problem with the cover itself.   Great customer service and great price on my Bakflip MX4. Received the cover in exact time frame quoted. Love the looks of this cover on my 2019 Ford Ranger and ease of use. Took longer than expected to install but you have to take your time to get it right.
