  Do to the clunky ordering process I ordered the wrong cover. Now trying to return and exchanges this cover has landed me with marginal at best customer service. They are not trying enough in my opinion to make this correct. From there return section. "We will of course make all the necessary arrangements to correct the situation at no cost to you." This is not happening. I may have a partial responsibility to the wrong item being shipped. But asking me to buy another one at a discount and to try and sell the orginal. Or pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee is unacceptable. I am likely to recommend people not use you.

  Easy just call them saved me $$ over all others. Shipped quick, install took longer because I did it by myself and could have used some extra fingers. Only issue was that the seal kit came separate and from a different location. Just waiting for warmer weather to install it. Then I can fully use the tonnue. Lots of compliments from friends and strangers.

  Very easy process, customer service is great and it was shipped to me in 4 days. The only reason for the 4 stars is because there were a few minor scratches on the cover, the clip that holds the rod was broke and the tail gate seal kit was never shipped. Customer service shipped the tail gate seal kit the same day i notified them👍

  Bakflip MX 4 was received a couple of days before promised. All in good shape. All parts there and easy to install. I had watched installation videos on UTube previously. Had a big rainstorm the night after installation and I had a small leak at the cab seal on the right front. The bed on the 2020 Silverado has a downward curve in the front corner that the present configuration of the Bakflip MX4 does not seal well. Also the seal kit on the front dos not stick well on my truck bed liner even after alcohol rub down. The MX4 is not perfect but I don't expect it to be. Overall, I rate it 5 starved with these issues. I like it and the Bakflip tool box very much. I would recommend the BakFlip MX4 to friends and the Tonneaucovered.com service from Peter Kittle was terrific.

Installation instructions were derailed and easy to follow. Assembly and insallation took about 1 1/2 hours and worked perfectly then and still is today.   Cover came quickly and as described. Seal kit was mistakenly sent to wrong address. When I called Tonneau Covers a couple months after I originally received the cover and they didn't even bat an eye. The tail gate seal kit had been returned to them due to the wrong address and the immediately sent it out again with out any questions.
