  Everything was great with the company experience. The questions I asked Peter were answered. So I placed my order then. The only down side is that they use Fedex for the tonneau cover, and Fedex lost it, delayed it, then missed delivery 2 days saying it was able to be delivered.   Very helpful with the sale of the cover. My only problem is the fact that I have been tracking my delivery and one day it is in Missouri the next New Mexico then California. It still needs to get to Florida. I can see alot of opportunity for this product to get damaged. I hope not.

  Regarding the service, order, and delivery, everything was 5 star! So no issues whatsoever with tonneaucovered.com. Unless they were aware of below issues when I ordered. My only issue was the fact that our tonneau cover parts did not fit properly. This was an issue with the engineering of the cover rails for a Ram Box cover on a 2020 Ram 1500!. Very bad leak issue!

  I had never heard of this site, and the prices were about 20% lower than anywhere else so I was extremely hesitant to drop $800 on a bed cover through them. But, I placed my order, got my confirmation, and the product arrived a few days later. It's a legit site, for those of you who are hesitant like me. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is the packaging. When delivered the box was coming apart and I was hesitant about accepting. I took pictures before opening just in case there were any issues. Not sure if this was shipper or TCs fault.

  What they lack in customer service they make up for in volume of emails. I went with them to save a few dollars. I'm sorry for it now. The lack of customer support on a weekend is unrealistic. I applaud them for giving the staff a work life balance, but apparently they know nothing about the service after the sale. If you are looking for price these are your guys. If not look someplace else.
