  When It was delivered the box was torn and taped back together but when opened it was in great shape. Took about 20 minutes to completely install the tonneau Cover and it looks great

  The product was delivered on time and in good condition. One small chit in the paint was only flaw. I did ask if the product would work with my 2017 Dodge Ram 6.4 bed and a lo pro tonneau cover. The answer was yes, the problem was in getting the proper base alignment the cab ends over lap the cover. I do like the new rack and the work as expected but the tonneau no longer does. It is buyer beware but these results leave a bad taste for doing online purchases. If there is a fix please let me know. The only solutions that occurs to me at this time is a combination of a little more cheat to the outside of the bed and spacers with longer bolts under the base rail that would allow room for the edges of the tonneau connection. I am not the only person who like their truck, the cover, and the rack. A solution to to this would great increase their enjoyment of the product. Thank you.

  Product is great looking and provides an excellent fit. Easy to install as well. Only issue is that I called sales and customer service on the day I received the cover with questions, had to leave my number but "never" received a return call. Called about an hour later to CS, spoke with Jeff Thomas and got full support, thank you for your help and suggestions.

  I called Peter on a Monday morning and placed my order for a truxcedo duce , it arrived Tuesday of the following week, box In good condition, and all parts were there ,it took me about an hour to install it, I did a lot of double checking to be sure was doing it right, it fit perfectly and works really well, I saved approximately 130 dollars by ordering from tonneau covered.   What a great bunch of people to do business with. From the start of our conversation these folks are here to see that you get the best deal. Follow up is just as good and there shipping was really fast for the size of the packages. I got the retraxpro cover and the Amp power steps and the deal was great. Arrived without damage and I had them both installed within 3 days after I received the order. Had my wife help with the cover and installed the steps on my own. By the way I’m 68 years old. Lastly I should give a shout out to U Tube. They made the install very clear and made the instructions included in my order easier to follow.

  Tonneau Covered sent my TruxEdo tonneau cover promptly. In fact it arrived sooner then expected. The instructions with the cover were not good. That is not Tonneau Covered fault. The instructions were from the manufacturer. BUT WAIT, THEIRS MORE....Tonneau Covered e mailed instructions when the cover was shipped. I wished I would have looked at that e mail first. The directions sent by Tonneau Covered were incredibly detailed and were easy to read, follow understand and had all the need information and illustrations. They were way better then what the manufacture sent. NICE JOB TONNEAU COVERED! . .
