  Great company and staff to work with. I purchased a Retrax bed cover for my 2019 F350 and when it arrived it was damaged during shipping. I emailed Peter the same day and within a half hour or less I had an email saying another one would be shipped to me. There was no hassle or 20 questions just excellent customer service. The replacement cover was shipped to me within 5 days and fit perfectly. This is the third vehicle I have bought accessories for from Toneau Covered and they would be the only company I would use for my truck needs. You can’t do better than Toneau Covered and Peter for your truck accessories in my honest opinion. Thank you!

  From the first call to Peter, to inquire about pricing, the experience was great. Friendly service from the start and once I called back to order my Revolver X4 it got even better. I found that the price dropped (early Black Friday special) and there was an additional $100 rebate available. Once ordered I received confirmation emails, a link to the installation video, follow up to ensure I had received the cover. Customer service can make or break any business, but especially an on-line company. These guys are doing it right.

  They did have the best price and the item was delivered on time. However, I had to call several times to get the order placed. Then, when the item came it was missing parts. Again, I tried to get a hold of somebody to help, but could never get through to a person. I did leave a voicemail, but it was never returned. I finally gave up on them and contacted the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer answered my call and took care of the problem quickly. Pros: Best prices. Cons: Availability/customer service.

  I had to make multiple calls just to get the right order placed correctly. I am still unsure if I am getting the correct cover because my receipt still showed the incorrect price and description of truck size of bed.   I ordered a bakflip MX4 for my Ford Ranger. I really like this tonneau cover, which is well constructed and appears to be very sturdy. I purchased it at a great price and got fast shipping after a very easy phone transaction. Plus I got some bonus gasket material for waterproofing thrown in. I will say that there are about a half dozen sets of instructions for installing this cover on YouTube and yet another set of instructions that come with the cover. To say I was confused about the installation is an understatement until I looked at the video that was sent to me by Tonneau Covered.com, which was very straightforward and easy to understand. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

  I went to several websites for the cover. All within $20 of each other. But when I went to TonneauCovers.com and I used the “chat” the price they gave me was unbeatable and with free shipping and no tax. The price was so good I had to call and speak to them to make sure the deal they gave me was real. And it was. It arrived within a week. Clean box,all the parts, no problem. One of the best and easiest purchases I’ve ever made on line. Installation no prob. They say to be careful if the deal sounds too good to be true. But tattoo covered.com delivered. Excellent.
