  The information provided was accurate and what I needed to make my decision. The purchase process was simple an quick. The only issue I had was FedEx delivery. FedEx destroyed the box and damaged the Bak Flip. One call and an e-mail to Tonneaucovered.com resolved the problem although FedEx messed up the shipment again sending it to the wrong city even though the address was correct.

  Ordered my Bakflip G2 on Monday - it arrived on Friday. Some of the process is a bit goofy (IMO) with "call now" type stuff - but I ordered via a chat site that sent me a link to finish the transaction. Item was clearly drop shipped (i do not care at all) but arrived quickly. Found this for $100 less than anywhere reputable on the web - and installation was very easy (took me 40 minutes). Great service, shipping speed was fantastic and every time the order changed status (maybe 3 times) I got an email.

  The product arrived with a broken drain clip we repaired it with glue.instead of returning Install was not easy we have a bed liner and there was no mention about the harder fit. The plastic drain did not work on the passenger side had to take off because the forward screw clap didn’t fit with it. Would not have purchased thus if knew of liner problems. Should let customers know about the perbkems

  I was skeptical of the website, but asked for a quote for the Bakflip MX4 anyways. Hands down the best price I saw on any website and local stores. I live on the west cost and I ended up ordering late on Friday evening. I received the Bakflip MX4 on the following Friday. The MX4 was shipped by FedEX and I received the box in great condition. I installed it by myself in less than an hour. I still am not sure if that Peter guy exists, but this website is legit. Thanks!!!

  I was looking a tonneau covers for 4-5 months. I was pretty sure I didn’t want a folding cover. Wasn’t sure that I wanted a canister hanging in the bed space. I zeroed in on the BAK Revolver X2/X4 fairly quickly. I wanted something that I hope will be relatively secure and waterproof. I hope my Revolver X4 fits the bill. I did a lot of research and price shopping on the internet and visited a local dealer. I feel like I got a good price at TonneauCovered.com with free shipping. I installed it with the help of my adult son and feel like I saved at least $300.00 versus my local dealers installed quote.

  I first connected with Peter from Tonneaucovered on 4/16/19. At that time, he advised I could get a BakFlip MX4 through a limited time offer for $847.99. I didn't buy then but watched, and found the same model slightly higher to a lot higher than this price through other venders. On 10/4/19, I received two email from Tonneaucovered; the first advised an extra $30 off anything $500-$1000; the second advised if someone calls right now an additional $20 will be taken off. I called and ended up getting it for $829.99. All-in-all it was only $18 cheaper than the price I was quoted in April, but happy that I ended up getting what I wanted for a slightly lower price!

  Bed cover came with incorrect rail sizes and a broken drain plug, arrived three days later than quoted by phone. Contacted company and although they’re very courteous and polite, it took two more days to get proper rail sizes shipped(meaning getting the parts put in the mail, not receiving) with an average shipping method. All told about two weeks in shipping and waiting to get my cover in its correct form. That is if it’s correct when I get it.

  Very pleased with the Retract MX. Ordered the swing out tool box along with the Retract cover my. Received the tool box the very next day. Received email that cover was going to ship in 2 or 3 days, 30 minutes later my wife calls and it has been delivered all within 3 days from ordering. Installation of cover was good.   I ordered a Retrax one XR for my 2019 Tacoma short bed. Ordering was super easy over the phone. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first of a phone only ordering system, but after doing some research online, I went for it. They gave me the best price I have ever seen on this cover (after about 6 months of research and price checks on various websites and local stores). Cover arrived within 6 business days. Easy to install and was packaged really well to protect during shipping. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

  Installed today. Able to install by myself but took a little longer. Fits well and looks great. Only two minor problems that I encountered. One was locking the cover in place. Can be a little more difficult than I expected but still a minor problem. The other was that the small upper tailgate of the multi pro tailgate does not open without a little force but the lower tailgate will still open without touching. Minor issue that is probably easily fixed with minor adjustment of clamps but does result in good seal between cover and tailgate. Quality construction and the matte finish looks great on the matte bed liner in my GMC

Without giving it much attention, I filled out a form that supplied the make, model, sub-model, and bed length of my truck. Next thing I knew I had an email quote for the exact tonneau cover I was interested in. The quote beat every other price I'd seen on the Internet. I called the number, was immediately connected with a rep from the company, and was able to place an order at the quoted price that included free shipping and no sales tax. The item was shipped 4 days later and arrived 2 days after that. I installed it the same day and believe I have a very high quality cover that fits my Colorado perfectly and looks great.   Ordered the Truxedo Sentry Bed Cover for my 2018 Nissan Titan Crew Cab SL. TonneauCovered.com had the best price I found. It was $90-100 less than the other online vendors. I opened a chat with Shaun, received the best price and an invoice was emailed to me. I paid it and the order was complete. Easy Peazy! I even got a $75 rebate to send in that was in effect during the time of my purchase. That's another $75 to put back in my pocket in addition to the $90-100 I saved over the other online retailers. The cover arrived in excellent condition and I was able to install it by myself in less than an hour. I would buy from TonneauCovered.com again.
