Verified reviewEvery time I order I have terrible experience. I have asked them so many times not to ship in the brand box that has word "Therascience" on it. And every time they still do it. Because they ship in Therascience box, customs house stop the box and start investigation process. They ask me to provide seller's address, description of the items and then they ask me for full list of ingredients for each item. After that they send request to Therascience to get more information. Package is delayed by 1-2 weeks because of that and at the end I am requested to pay taxes and fees for about $200-300. I order similar items from other laboratories in France and they ship in regular box and it gets to me so fast and I never paid any taxes or fees. I know other families who has similar issues with Therascience shipments. I think they will loose many customers because of this as it is huge inconvenience for everyone. Also their website is horrible, everytime I pay with debit or credit card, my bank allows the charge but Therascience declines it. I even see that charge was applied on my card but later it was returned. Not sure why Therascience does it. I never have this issue with other companies. Because of this I have to send bank transfer and wait few days for money to be received. Overall bad experience, long process, becomes very expensive, very frustrating.
