This review was from my delivery earlier in the year . My latest order got lost by la poste and you resent by UPS which took over a week to arrive . You need to review your customer service , I had to email and phone customer service services several times re my order been told we have emailed la poste my packet had not moved for 10 days at that point and only when I included Mr Royer did you agree to resend my packet by UPS . It was a very stressful time as I work nights and cannot sleep during the day without your product. If a product hasn’t moved in a week then it should be presumed lost and resend and not have the customer having to send numerous emails and phone call to try and get the product delivered
