Verified reviewAfter 12 years of not having a proper wedding ring for my wife I decided to finally get her an emerald wedding band. She loves emeralds and has a very nice emerald tennis bracelet and pendant I wanted to coordinate with. I found the perfect ring at the Natural Emerald Company. Katherine helped me at every step of the way, was able to stay on top of production and get the ring to us before we anticipated it. The customer service we received was incredible. Katherine immediately responded to my many emails. We also sent my wife's tennis bracelet to NEC to have a stone replaced, within a week we received the bracelet back, a perfectly matched stone, you could not even tell which emerald was actually missing. The quality is astounding, the customer service was over the top. The rest of the world needs to take some lessons from NEC.. We will be working with Katherine to find the perfect earrings to match. If you are looking for top quality jewelry and want personal service and be treated as a human, look no further the Natural Emerald Company!
