  I have a gorgeous ring.. The montana sapphire stones are stunning and do not hesitate to order. You can pick your stone characteristics out such as size, color, shape and really personalize your ring.. I preferred a more substantial leaf and diamond band and it complemented the sapphire beautifully. Lauren was great to work with and I felt informed of the process from order to delivery. Very happy with my ring and I will enjoy it for years to come..

  I was blown away by the experience I had at Natural Sapphire company. We bought a new center stone for my engagement ring and the stone was at my front door 3 days later. It was packaged with such quality and care and any information you needed on the gem was neatly and professionally organized into a luxury folder. The sapphire itself was breathtaking, and so unique. It shocked my jeweler when I brought it in to have it put in my ring. I will buy any sapphire jewelry I need at this company from here on out!

  When I found a setting with a suggested emerald I was unsatisfied with, I requested renderings with other emeralds substituted. They were quickly delivered and I was able to select a more fitting one for my now fiancée. When my timeline required the ring to arrive a day or two early, Marie was able to hasten the process. And when I saw the ring in person, I was more than satisfied with it.

  The Natural Sapphire Company offered me exactly what I was looking for when buying an engagement ring. My GF (now fiance) and I don't care for diamonds so a sapphire was perfect. They offer many different colors, shapes, cuts, and price levels. The ring settings were diverse and I was able to find one that perfectly matched her style. Neli was great to work with and answered all of my questions. The ring I ordered even came a week earlier than promised. You should absolutely check them out and buy with confidence.

  I decided to checkout The Natural Sapphire Company's website after hearing about it from an acquaintance. The site was very easy to negotiate and featured a lot of information on a good selection of gems. I particularly liked the clear images, videos and diagrams. I found a stone I liked, but was informed that it was out for review, along with some others, at a jeweler's. My customer service representative, Lauren, worked very proactively to contact the jeweler and to request the return of the stone if he wasn't going to use it. I received the stone after just a few days and am very pleased with its quality. It is exactly as it was represented on the website. I will certainly check with Natural Sapphire Company again if I need another fine gem.

  First of all, they have an amazinc customer service segment. They were available and always here to answer questions. Usually, emails were answered in less than two hours (Thank you Ashley). Then they really take care to verify the identity of the customer to avoid any scam. Finally, they make sure you have all the certificate needed and the packaging is very well done and protects the stones nicely.

And my wife and I were blown away with the quality of the stone and ring, it's absolutely stunning. On top of that, the customer service we experienced was incredible.   My husband and I made the decision to upgrade our engagement ring and were recommended to try the Natural Sapphire Company since we were looking specifically for a sapphire. I started the process maybe for a little over a year, browsing, until we were ready to seriously consider a ring. The Natural Sapphire Company's website was extremely accessible and provides a lot of information so buyers can make an informed decision. Lauren was our sales rep and she was so so nice and helpful. I went back and forth with stone choices and she was there at every turn, getting me video content of the stones, e.g. indoor v outdoor lighting. We went over multiple stones until I finally found "the one." I thought it'd be smooth sailing afterwards, but I was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't like the setting I picked once it arrived. I felt so bad having to ask Lauren if we could send the ring back and look at my options. Yet again, she was so helpful! We looked at different settings that would give me that oomph I was looking for. She recommended a double halo which I wouldn't have considered, but she was so right! We came up with a custom, double halo setting that was jaw-dropping as a concept. I couldn't wait to wear it and see it in person. Lauren let me know what the processing time was so all we had to do was wait. I hate waiting, but it was worth it. I was notified when the ring shipped (processing time ran 4.5 weeks) and eagerly awaited the arrival. The ring was stunning! We couldn't be happier. It truly is my dream ring. We'll definitely be coming back for future pieces.

She went above and beyond to listen to me carefully to translate what I envisioned to be the perfect ring that matches my Fiancé’s personality and style and guided me to “the one”. Then on top of that, she helped me figure out the size to order and even expedited a Rush on making it and delivering it to me so I could coordinate the perfect proposal.   If you are looking for a sapphire engagement ring, this the the best place to be. They have so many options with customization that you won’t find anywhere else. Katherine was very helpful in the process and answered any questions in a very timely matter. The delivery time was more than reasonable and the ring actually arrived ahead of schedule.   I started off with looking at the website for a sapphire, which I ended up not buying. But I ended up not buying this gemstone. Though I returned to the site due to the excellent service I received from one of their workers; Ashley Rathnayaka. She was so lovely to work with that when I began looking at their emeralds and found one I immediately requested her when I put in my order for a lovely 0.88ct emerald from Zambia. During the whole deal she kept checking in and made sure that my package would arrive even when there was a hickup with the delivery. If any of you ever decide to order from this website I recommend working with Ashley Rathnayaka.

  The ring of any dreams! Back in September 2022 I started obsessing over the perfect sapphire ring. I’ve always loved my birthstone and wanted a special piece of jewelry for my 20th Wedding Anniversary. Lauren Kelly-Nelson at the Natural Sapphire Co. was my representative that helped me from the start. The communication between us went on for months. She was so patient with all my questions and changes. I originally purchased a ring that was already made and ready to ship. When I received the ring it wasn’t for me. Then I started pulling pictures from different rings to design my own. With Lauren’s help I designed a second ring. I received that one and wasn’t completely happy with it. At that point I thought maybe it just wasn’t meant to be. I decided I was just going to go for it and asked for all of the bells and whistles. I knew I wanted a cushion cut, double prongs, square shank and Cadillac side diamonds. Once again I received the ring and was not in love with the completed ring. Talked to Lauren again about the side diamonds and the thickness of the shank. Lauren was able to send me a wax model of a new ring and the actual Cadillac side diamonds to preview. I was in love!! Excitedly I mailed them back and The Natural Sapphire Co. got to work. When I received my ring in May 2023 I was so in love with this ring. I was amazed at how beautiful the design was, the thickness of the square shank and the beauty of the sapphire and diamonds. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so the process was long but Lauren stuck with me and helped my dream come true. I will say that getting a wax model of the ring is the best way to go. If I had done that before the last time it would have saved me some time and money. Also, if you’re not sure about the stones, sapphire or diamonds, the Natural Sapphire Co can ship those to you to preview them before you commit. When I wear this ring I get nothing but compliments. It’s an amazing ring and I couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to Lauren for her patience and knowledge. I would definitely recommend The Natural Sapphire and Co. and Lauren Kelly-Nelson. You will not be disappointed!

  Absolutely incredible service and jewelry. We ordered 4 rings from The Natural Sapphire Company and all of them turned out beautifully. We got my engagement ring which is a Padparascha sapphire in a diamond pavé setting, as well as a pavé diamond wedding band, a solid gold wedding band, and my husband’s platinum band all from Lauren. The fine workmanship on the pavé rings is especially remarkable. I was not able to find a sapphire like this anywhere else, as they are very rare, and strangers will stop me to tell me how much they love my ring. Many women have told me how they would have preferred my ring to their diamond ring because it is such a beautiful color. The prices for our rings were also very fair, far better than the custom jewelers where we live. We have never bought anything so expensive online, but would happily buy more things The Natural Sapphire Company. I have plans for more and I now happily recommend my friends get their jewelry there because I am sure it’s going to turn out to be impeccably made and a good price for what it is.

  My experience with The Natural Sapphire company was flawless. After verifying their legitimacy online through the Better Business Bureau, I made an appointment to look at a particular stone. The best part of their website is the ability to mock up different stone and setting combinations, but it was also easy to use and very clear in displaying available inventory. Lauren was prompt in responding to a request for an appointment, and came prepared with not only the stone I wanted to see, but other options as well. During the appointment, she was patient, knowledgeable and supportive of what I wanted. I decided to customize a setting they already had, and she ensured the process was smooth. After 3 rounds of high-resolution renderings, we settled on the final design. There was no moment when anyone tried to upsell me, and I felt supported in getting what I wanted. I am grateful to Lauren for providing a professional, informational and supportive experience for purchasing my engagement ring, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.

  My wife wanted a sapphire ring for an anniversary present. I researched several of the big-name jewelry websites and then found The Natural Sapphire Company so checked them out. By far the best selection and not to difficult to shop for the stone when you study their info on the 4-c's, etc. So after finding the stone I picked the perfect ring/mount and then wondered about size and other issues. Katherine stepped in and was super helpful and had the team produce photo mockups so we could see what the final result would look like. Then she provided some photos of the stone on a model's hand for further sizing evaluation. Overall spending a bunch of money for jewelry after all the stories you hear about buying jewelry, is stressful. The process took a while, because I wanted to see the photos and then come back after a week and revisit ... and then again and again, but Katherine was patient. When the timing was right I pulled the trigger and then it was a relatively short wait for delivery. My wife and I were a little edgy until we saw the ring and it was perfect, just like the photos, size of the stone/setting was great for my wife's hand size, nothing could have been better. Thanks to Katherine and the great team that made it very comfortable. I'm already researching emeralds for the next anniversary!

  I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been looking for a particular shade of green sapphire for a long time but was unable to source one in the UK and Europe. I found a beautiful one on the website but was nervous of buying such an expensive item online when I couldn’t see it with my own eyes in different lighting to see how the colour was affected. Marie was amazing. She very kindly took videos of the sapphire in daylight and artificial lighting and placed it next to a diamond for me on an ungloved hand so i could get a real feel for the colour. It looked perfect so I ordered it and it arrived with no problems very quickly. On seeing it with my own eyes, I was beyond happy! It is just the most beautiful sapphire and I can’t wait for it to be set with my late mums diamonds to make my engagement ring!!!   Katherine was able to meet with me in the showroom on short notice. She showed me some sapphires that I had seen online and was very helpful in helping me compare them. I fell in love with 2 sapphire pairs. I am impressed with the customer service, the quality or the stones and the value. The stones are just gorgeous! I highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company.

  I worked with Lauren and she did an incredible job! We went through a bunch of iterations over a couple months but it ended up coming out perfectly!! It’s a truly one of a kind ring! I’m still a month out from popping the big question but I know she’ll love it!!

  Had been looking for a Star Sapphire for the wife for a while. The website was very easy to navigate, and the filters allowed me to search for just what I wanted. The pictures shown for the stones are very accurate, but it did look even better when it arrived. I would recommend them to everyone. Great Service, Excellent Website, Fast Delivery. No Hazzles at all.
