She let us take our time with each gem we had chosen to see, and had answers for all of our questions. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our emails. Time from order placed to being delivered at our door was right in line with what we were told to expect, and it came packaged very nicely. We are both very pleased with the item itself and would shop here again.

Lauren was a jewel to work with. She was professional, sweet, knowledgeable, honest, detailed oriented and patient. My husband and I celebrated 34 years of marriage this year and he wanted to surprise me with a special ring. He went to our local jeweler to try and do that and it was a failure. That ring was returned and we started googling sapphires and found Lauren at The Natural Sapphire Company and she knocked it out of the park with my custom ring and all on our budget!! Thank you from the bottom of our Texas hearts! We are ecstatic to have a beautiful heirloom to pass down to our daughter and granddaughter. Looking forward to working with Lauren again!

I knew my partner wanted a sapphire ring and so I wanted to go with a company that specialized in sapphires. Their selection was extensive, and once I found the right ring their customer support team (shout out to Lauren who helped me!) was great and worked with me to get the ring delivered ASAP so I could have it in time to propose on an overseas trip. My fiance loves the ring and we've received tons of compliments on it so far. Extremely happy with my experience with The Natural Sapphire Co. and would recommend them to anyone looking for sapphire jewelry!

It was very intriguing to learn new things, especially with gems since I rarely have an opportunity to speak with someone regarding them. By talking with her, I'm more interested in your store and would highly recommend to others if they are looking for gorgeous rings.
