Verified reviewI custom-ordered a ring. Unlike what I had imagined, they were friendly and not at all pushy. Lauren was patient and helpful, knowledgeable about the products which come in a wide range of colors (of sapphire) and styles. Craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. One has to wait for few weeks for the product to be delivered (or picked up), but it’s definitely worth a wait.

Time was short, only 10 days away from the anniversary date. I emailed them and explained the situation, hoping it would be possible to get the desired pendant in time. Neli M. quickly responded. He said he would make the arrangements and expedite the order (at their expense) as a gesture of support and good will. Neli M. and his associate Katherine H. kept me informed of the progress every step along the way: when it was started, the anticipated mail date, the day it was mailed, and the expected delivery date via FedEx. Sure enough, I received the necklace and pendant 2 days before my anniversary date. And WOW, the necklace and gem were stunning! Beautiful! The package contained a very nice jewelry box for the pendant along with a very classy envelope package with detailed certifications! They did an outstanding job helping me, and the quality of the pendant is superb.
