I was thoroughly surprised and amazed by the beautiful engagement ring that he designed with Lauren. It was exactly what I pictured wanting in my engagement ring! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren myself when we designed the wedding band that would compliment the engagement ring. We came up with a general idea and Lauren gave us options from which we eventually landed on the most perfect wedding band. I felt supported during the entire process and I am so excited for when I can start wearing my new ring!

Every step Katherine was responsive and easy to work with. She helped by providing renderings of every tweak and change I asked for so I was assured that I was getting the ring that I wanted for my fiancé. Naturally almost three years later as our wedding day approached I wanted to reach out to Katherine again. Again she responded immediately and helped me through the design process. Verified reviewI cannot recommend this company enough! I had been looking for a particular shade of green sapphire for a long time but was unable to source one in the UK and Europe. I found a beautiful one on the website but was nervous of buying such an expensive item online when I couldn’t see it with my own eyes in different lighting to see how the colour was affected. Marie was amazing. She very kindly took videos of the sapphire in daylight and artificial lighting and placed it next to a diamond for me on an ungloved hand so i could get a real feel for the colour. It looked perfect so I ordered it and it arrived with no problems very quickly. On seeing it with my own eyes, I was beyond happy! It is just the most beautiful sapphire and I can’t wait for it to be set with my late mums diamonds to make my engagement ring!!! I was nervous buying online but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again and would advise anyone who wants a stunning sapphire to buy from there too!!!

Verified reviewLauren at the Natural Emerald company could not have been better! They have a great selection and were very responsive with questions. Their rendering team made it easy to get the perfect design and Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable with my requests. You can do the entire process online however they do allow you to visit their NYC office which was a very cool experience! You can tell they have been in business since 1939. There was never any pressure or up-selling, they truly do a great job. The ring presentation was excellent and was crafted very quickly. I would highly recommend them and I will be a customer there again.
