Verified reviewI am very impressed with your company! The green sapphire I recently purchased looks good, however the color was not quite as vibrant green as in the photos but that’s OK. When I receive the delivery of the first sapphire last year I was shocked when I saw your “Fabulous Presentation Package“ that accompanied the gemstone!!! I know that cost extra and takes time but wow that really sold me on your company! I’m a Master Jeweler and a Lapidarist so I facet gemstones from rough crystals. I love your computer program showing the gemstone facets and angles! This is a tremendous help in comparing gemstones and takes all the guesswork out of deciding which gemstone to purchase for my clients.

I started some small items at Bloomingdale but quickly learn that buying enerald needs to be seen in person as the image provided on the website is not the one you’re going to get in color and translucent. Staff also suggested to buy a some quantities and hope for luck i might get the best of the x number of order. It’s not the kinda journey i want so i found emerald.com and learned about who they are. I like that they are focus on emeralds and pride themselves with even providing grading certificate. I appreciate the video showing all the staff involved in the making process. Most importantly, i value a hassel free return policy if i don’t like what i see in person. Since my sisters were about diamond tennis bracelets, I wanted an emerald diamond bracelet to set myself apart from the sisters. I wanted guaranteed vivid quality. The video on the site captures the bracelet exactly as in person so i was completely prepared and embraced the slight inclusion which are a few black dots in the gem, which i have on my face. It doesn’t deter from beauty. I love my bracelet esp how sizable it is and price was within my budget. So when i had lunch w my two sisters who were wearing their tennis bracelet, i felt extra special bc i have the best combo of both worlds - green emeralds and diamonds. It feels like royalty and the message that Im worth it❣️ even better when husband agreed to pay for is as a premature 15 yrs anniversary gift, by 3 years away! 😅 Received items within 5 business days from NY to SF and required signature. Definitely recommend for anyone who seeks for quality/specialized focus in emeralds and ruby.

Verified reviewI bought a few items from the Natural Sapphire/Emerald/Ruby Company so adding a few notes on the overall service. Firstly, the website is very useful, tastefully designed, not the usual stock photography "retail" look but more appealing which adds to the browsing experience, (I work in software so I notice these things). But more importantly, the site is maximally useful in terms of content: there's photos but also real video clips of each item on a real hand rotating it gently, so you can get a much better idea what you're dealing with, plus interactive 3D wireframes from scane, and lab reports as available per item. Also has a nice "compare" feature to put multiple items in a grid to help choosing. The informational section is a good read on the history, science of gemstones, how valuation works for the different stone types, etc. As for a live viewing, it was easy to set up an appointment with the contact person Neli. The visit was actually quite useful with no pressure, ample time to calmly inspect the stones I had asked about and discuss and ask questions in a quiet dedicated office space (and that decor!). Charlotte was very helpful and easy to work with and discuss the stones, market trends etc. Overall it was worth the time to look at things in person, compare them and think through what I really wanted and decide on the purchases I made. 5/5

So I was happy to have found the site where one can chose a gem of high quality at a reasonable price. The stone I received is well cut, has a lovely vivid color and it is quite clean. Verified reviewMy sapphire ring arrived via FedEx just as promised today. The ring is now on my finger and I’m quite happy with how it turned out. Perhaps you're interested in the “backstory” concerning this purchase. My family was very poor when I was growing up in a small town in Texas. When I was 12 or 13, I realized that the sapphire is my birthstone. I told anyone else who’d listen that I really wanted a sapphire of my own. I knew we couldn’t afford such a purchase and really didn’t expect that I’d ever have one of my own. My grandmother saved for more than a year to purchase a ring for my birthday. I was, of course, very happy. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I found out that the stone was not a natural sapphire, but a created one. By that time my grandmother had died and I decided then that I would eventually have the ring she’d intended all those years ago. Now that I’m more than halfway into my 73rd year on Earth, I decided now is the time to fulfil my dream, and the dream of my deceased grandmother. So, I am indebted to Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company for making this old man's dream come true. My guess is they can do the same for you!

Being able to actually see your stone twirl around as well as seeing it loose on a person's hand really gives you an idea of the stone's color intensity and fire.
