Neli was patient and professional throughout the process and responded carefully to my questions and requests. In particular, at my request, NSC arranged an additional independent examination by Gübelin before I completed the purchase. I greatly appreciated being given the opportunity to obtain additional gemological information and to make my final decision with confidence. The sapphire was delivered safely to Japan together with the original gemological reports. Having now examined it in person under different lighting conditions, I am very pleased with my purchase. Its transparency, brilliance, and subtle variations in color are particularly beautiful. I sincerely appreciate Neli’s thoughtful assistance and the care she took throughout the entire process.

It can almost be overwhelming (in a good way). My advice is use the filters generously. You are almost certain to find exactly what you are looking for. 2. EASY to be confident in your design: My biggest fear online shopping for an engagement ring was that the ring I'd get would look nothing like the photos. The Natural Sapphire company has so many ways to make sure you are confident with your stone and setting before making any final purchases. Each stone has multiple photos (different angles, lighting, even videos) and interactive 3d models. They can create digital images of your design, they make 3d-printed models in the exact size and setting you want, and they EVEN SHIP YOU THE STONE TO VIEW IN PERSON! You can't ask for much more. Utilizing all of these amazing options helped me be extremely confident before deciding on the ring. 3. Last but not least, the customer service was incredible. I had the privilege of working with Katherine Hoyt. She was incredibly responsive to all (and I mean ALL) of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Engagement ring shopping is already stressful enough, but having someone in your corner like Katherine made all the difference. Verified reviewI have had the most pleasant experience when my husband and I were shopping for our ruby rings for our 40th anniversary at the natural ruby company. The company has a large selection of beautiful rubies for different budgets. It is also centrally located near the Grand Central Station in NYC. After I reviewed the rubies on line, I normally sent a list to Lauren so I can see the rubies in person. I did this a few times and Lauren was always fully prepared. Lauren is very knowledgeable and very patient in guiding us in finding those perfect stones. I never felt being rushed for a decision. We selected two rubies and the finished products were absolutely beautiful! We are glad that we chose the Natural Ruby Company. We also want to thank Lauren and all the friendly staff!

I found a 2.1 caret, pink ruby (she desired that specific color) and called their sales dept & got Ms. Katherine Hoyt. With her help, I was able to ensure I got the right size gemstone, find the exact setting for the stone, and all within my planned, price range. Ms. Katherine was empathetic, knowledgeable & understanding in giving me what I was searching for; there was no up-selling or bait & switch. Ms. Katherine was instrumental in fulfilling my needs for this special gift. Additionally, during the creation, processing, setting, etc. of my pendant, the email updates were gratefully appreciated. The resultant pendant was beautifully made and set, meet all my expectations. The gift box it came in is awesome (gotta be truthful, thus such a superlative adjective). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her company to anyone looking for a unique gift of jewelry, for whatever occasion, for an awesome one-stop-shopping experience, at a reasonable price.
