    I found out about the Cary Co. when searching for a food safe IBC. I signed up for the 10% discount online then found the exact product I needed. Being about an hour drive from their office in Addison, I wanted to pick up what I needed. I called customer service and spoke to Melissa V. She confirmed some items were in Addison and some in Glendale Hts. (10 minutes west). She said that to use my 10% discount I had to order online. Had problems with the website. Talked with Melissa again. She worked with IT and found a way to complete my order and get me the discount. Melissa was the key to a great first time purchase. The absolute best Customer Service! There are not enough superlative adjectives to describe my interactions with Melissa. To make my experience even better, Maggie in the Addison shipping dept was also a real pleasure to deal with. I could tell she enjoyed her job and working for the Cary Co.

    The Cary Company are very good to work with. Good experience finding my way around the website and finding the products I am looking for. Only one issue with the last order which I don't think was the company's fault but that of the freight company. Took much longer than usual to get here because of the July 4th holiday and then for some reason the shipment sat on the dock after picked up from you for a week before it was sent out.

    I have no idea what happened could have been when they were putting them in the boxes maybe they threw them around I don't know opened the box then the bags and placing labels on them and they were dented....

The parts washer you ordered ships directly from our plant and has an estimate lead time of about 2-3 weeks as shown on our website. Unfortunately, this lead time is not always exact. Regardless, we should have been more proactive in obtaining a lead time from our plant once your order was placed. After discussing this issue, we established training to hold our plants accountable and be more determined in receiving these expected ship dates from our plants. It is our goal with these new steps in place, we can more accurately communicate lead times to our customers. In investigating what happened with this order, I was able to confirm with our plant that this will ship out today 6/9.     I was a little frustrated that I couldn't order the bottle style I have ordered in the past. Sales was going to get ahold of the bottle manufacturer to find out if they were going to have these bottles and Sales never got back to me.     I was working on a project which required about 100 epoxy lined 6-gallon steel pails. Our supplier had a minimum order quanity that was well above what I needed, very disappointing since we provide them with a lot of business.
