    Feels kind of like a scam when they advertise a product for a price, take my money, and then tell me the “clearance” item isn’t clearance and I have to pay more for it... they at least offered me a different option that was still almost twice the price.

    Too many issues with ordering. Tried ordering online and paying with PO number but system required a credit card number. Tried calling. After waiting several minutes went to a voice mail. Voice mail was full. So, we could not leave a call back number. Sent an email only to get back there was an issue with the payment from a previous order. Estimate for LTL shipping is always smaller than the actual cost so the POs are always short. Since our POs are paid at another location we never find out there is an issue until the following order which causes delays in the shipment.

    I asked VERY specifically if the order would ship on the 17th and I was assured repeatedly that it would. It was imperative for my customer that I ship by Wednesday which I could have done if the bottles shipped when The Cary Company said they would. I would not have placed the order had I not been assured that the order would ship that day. Now I am going to have to tell my customer I failed because of the continued incompetence of The Cary Company. This is precisely why we stopped doing business with The Cary Company years ago...so glad to see NOTHING has changed. Apparently they just tell you what you want to hear to get the sale and then who cares

    The bucket's we ordered all 120 of them would not fit our standard bucket lids with a basket. Our bad for not getting the measurements. Happy Holiday's From World's Mana!!!

    I would rate this higher in delivery of service. But there are invoicing and billing issues with the last few orders spanning almost 8 months that are not good. No notice of recharging for shipments and months delay in doing so.

In May we started with a new Operating system that created some challenges and were trying to use the system to the best of our ability for our customers. That is no excuse for what happened to your account, but we have worked out those issues, and moving forward there will be no delay on the payment with your credit card.
