I will give both reviews the same two star rate, for the reason that product quality is good, and I have ordered from the Cary Company before and I have not had any problem, until this latest purchase. Lids came in boxes without a plastic bag for sanitary precaution, it looks like lids were just thrown into the box and taped so the box didn't open. Again, product quality looks good, but the way the packed the items for delivery, it is horrible. We are a business and I'm afraid we are not going to be able to use them for sanitary reasons.

The whole experience is smooth and easy until you get to the shipping portion. The shipping rate changed constantly while during the checkout process jumping from as low as $221.00 to as high as $275.00. If it had not been for this one factor our review would have been better.

Did not use the website to place the my order. Just used it to confirm product number and current price. Submitted my order via email and received prompt acknowledgement. Shipping was very quick and I received my delivery in good order. If I wanted to complain, all I can say is that I did not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number so my receiving department was not aware of the delivery date.

Most of my contact with the Cary Company over the past few years has been by email, as I find it difficult to get my sales person on the phone. In February, in sending my usual order email to my sales person, someone else in Customer Service answered the email and took care of the order. So on 5/7/19, I went directly to that same sales person to order again. I didn't realize until 5/23/19 that we had never received our order ---- when I reached out via phone, she told me she had not received my email of 5/7/19. Ordering only through email is obviously not always a good way to work, even though that is how it has always been. So can we come up with a better solution please?
