The product was great but the customer service was horrible they did not honor the discount that they provided and charged my card twice then sent multiple emails and messages trying to justify their actions Buy elsewhere!!!

We ordered a mixer for an IBC. It arrived missing some screws. We contacted Cary Company who responded after looking into it that there were no missing screws. We found documentation on the manufacturer and contacted them. They gladly sent us replacements. Cary Company should've rectified this for us since we bought this from them. But we had to contact the manufacturer on our own.

The last time I placed my order with the Cary Co. I could not find more than half of my order. I had to order somewhere else. That's at least the third time it happened. A perfect recipe to drive a customer away. They should stock way in advance of running out of stock.

I’m only giving 3 stars due to being forced to order 4 times the quantity that I actually needed. If I wasn’t in a bind and need them as fast as I did, I would have purchased somewhere else. Shipping speed was reasonable nothing impressive. For a product that should have costed $50 max I ended up being closer to $300…. Unfortunate

I ordered #77W551 Clear Snap-on Drum Cover for 55 Gallon Open Head Drum. This cover does not snap onto a 55 gallon open head steel drum--it is very flimsy and would blow off easily. Additionally, I communicated with various customer service members of Cary Company about the low quality of this product, explaining how it does not actually snap on and is very flimsy, and they completely ignored all of my requests to address the quality issue. They even charged me a restocking fee to put the shoddy product back on the shelf! I also had to pay double to ship it back (as they refused to send me a shipping label, even that I paid for), and they did not refund the coupon I had applied to my order. It was a truly disappointing customer service experience, and I did my best to resolve it so all parties could remain integrous. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Based on the sample I received and heat tested for our use I have permanently replaced our current supplier with the double wall wide mouth jar's. Competitor sells the jars with covers yours are sold separately which increases our costs some.

Because they require a minimum order of $200 I had to order two cases of 16 ounce jars and one case of lids. They shipped everything in three different lots making shipping extremely expensive. I had to pay shipping on all three boxes.

This company went out of their way to help me. I was unable to purchase the 5.5 oz clear PET plastic Spice Jars for a christmas project. Every place I looked was out as well and my order was was less than $200. I explained my situation and the let me purchase 500 of the 4oz size. Prices are really good as well.
