They helped us with the dishwasher and then we called those guys for our electric stove and washing machine. We are very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Boris is the nicest guy an earth and I would recommend him and his colleagues to any one. Anything happens to my appliances I call TechVill.

Review collected by a third partyMy experience with TechVill was positive, quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for fast turnaround. They had my standalone freezer up and going almost immediately. TechVill Appliance Repair is the Calgary & area rep for Electrolux which now owns Refrigidaire. I would never recommend purchasing a Refrigidaire appliance -- Refrigidaire has been taken over by Electrolux and their head office staff in the US (I believe) are difficult and rude to deal with. Thanks TechVill and Evan for making my experience with TechVill positive!!

Review collected by a third partySuch an awesome experience dealing with a company that gets doing the right thing when it comes to customer service - it is rare to see now a days when a company goes above and beyond to make things right which TechVill did. I have been a customer since 2018 and have used TechVill on a number of occasions. Most recently, I had called them to send out a technician to clean the carbon off of the burners of my gas stove (rather than doing it myself I wanted to make sure it was properly done) and to clean out the filter and surrounding parts in my dishwasher. I was not home but my assistant was there and paid with my credit card. When I got home, I realized that I was charged an extra $69 which they ultimately determined was an error and refunded me. Too many companies fight tooth and nail to stick with what they charged and dig in instead of just doing the right thing and fixing things which TechVill did. There are so many alternatives available to do business with it’s hard to choose so you do my inadvertently deal with a predatory company out to overcharge you. I hope this review will help you to know that, from my experience, TechVill is a quality company you can rely on and I would recommend choosing them.

Review collected by a third partyMy refrigerator's ice maker was not working and I contacted Techvill, they came and told me the ice maker is faulty and have to replace it. They placed the order and called me once they received the part. Came in on time, efficient and quick in responding. The technician was knowledgeable as well. They know what they are doing. I am happy with their service.

Review collected by a third partyI use Techvill Appliance Repair several times per week for my job as a property mananger. Vida is so professional and friendly, very responsive to email requests and always dispatching technicians quickly. She helps coordinate with our tenants for access which saves our company a lot of time, and they always come as scheduled. They provide detailed reports and quotes, and their service calls are very affordable at $80 for the initial visit/service call, compared to other repair companies I've used in the past. Their service is excellent and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Review collected by a third partyBoris came to fix our wolf oven and did amazing job. As well, he showed me how to clean the condenser of our sub zero fridge. Both appliances are 10 Years old and thanks to techville they will be around alot longer. Oven was diagnosed and fixed within a week. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to ever use them again!!!! Thanks so much!

Both technicians were very knowledgeable, and didnt try to upsell me, and were just really nice guys!!! Their service call fees are very reasonable,

Review collected by a third partyExtremely satisfied with their service. Called at 2pm and they gave me same day service, and it wasn't even an emergency. The technician arrived just before 5pm and didn't leave until he had diagnosed and resolved the leak in our Samsung built in fridge. It was almost 8pm. Very thorough!!

Ronaldo was punctual and identified the issue quickly and managed to come back a couple days later with the required part to do the final repair. Ronaldo was attentive and so nice, very professional and adept at his job.
