Review collected by a third partyWe were having a problem with our stove. Looked up companies online and found TechVill, noticing their rating. I contacted them via email and Vlad got back to me the same day. He gave me a quote and talked about warranties and such. We set up the appointment, which was in a two hour window, and Ron came within the allotted window. He fixed the issue and showed me how to do a minor fix going forward (in case it happened again) and also gave us some basic, easy maintenance tips going forward. Both Vlad and Ron were friendly, professional and made us feel important. I would highly recommend TechVill to anyone who needs appliance work done!!

Review collected by a third partyCalled them on the Wednesday, made the appointment for Thursday on my schedule. Evan arrived within 15 minutes of the schedule time. He went right to work in the in the diagnosis of the problem. Verified the correct operation of the dryer. Found it could me one of two things. We will wait for a quote for the most cost effective correction to the issue. Very happy with the service.

Review collected by a third partyCame and diagnosed my fridge issue within 24 hours, sent an estimate in next day, ordered needed parts and came and installed all as promised. Technician, Vinson, was excellent and went over and above to ensure my fridge was working and new part installed correctly and had some good advice on repairs/replacement in the future. A pleasure to have him in my home and to work through the problem. Highly recommend TechVill.

Review collected by a third partyUndecided as to repair our 7 year old Kenmore Elite French Door fridge. Which had stopped cooling. Or buy a new fridge for $3600.00 We decided to repair our kenmore fridge. The tech named Won performed a diagnosis and replaced the fridge & freezer compartment evaporator coil’s. The cost repair was reasonable. Won brought our fridge back to life and is now cooling in the fridge and the freezer is working like new. Do not hesitate to call Techville Appliance Repair. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The price is fair. I have no issues recommending them to the community.

Review collected by a third partyMy fridge had an issue during weekend. I called the number on Saturday and Alex was able to send a technician on Monday. Ron came on Monday and checked my fridge. He was very professional and he found the issue right away. Unfortunately he had to order a replacement from Whirlpool. I thought it would take a week but he came back with a replacement on Thursday. It is the coldest day ever in Calgary and traffic was awful and road conditions were really bad. But he made it happen for me and fixed the fridge! It is now working as a new again. Thank you so much for all your hard work and I recommend your company to everyone!

Review collected by a third partyI received a quick appointment from Techvill when I asked them to look at our ailing washing machine. John arrived promptly and was extremely thorough in his examination of the patient. He showed me photos of the problem and explained clearly what the issue was. He advised about the limited prospect of a successful repair but was more than willing to undertake it if we chose that option. When I asked his advice about a replacement, he was very informative about the pros and cons of front loader v top loader and really helpful when I asked his advice about different brands etc. Most of all, I was really appreciative of John's advice as to how to continue to use the machine safely, until our new one arrives. I would have no hesitation in recommending Techvill: it was a first class service and John was friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you to the whole Techvill team.
