  Used Techville when our 10 year old fridge had a breakdown. Some initial bumps due to lack of communication regarding ordering of replacement parts but Vida who heads customer service was very responsive and got it back on track. The Sevice technician; Won, was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend him

  The tech phoned within the window of time I was given. He let me know his arrival 10 minutes out. He was very pleasant & professional. Fixed my oven. I will use this Company again.

  TechVill was awesome to deal with. Quick to get to our problem - scheduling was easy and seamless. Got a call from the service team the morning of the booking to let me know when they'd be there, and showed up on time. Evan and his work partner were professional, polite, friendly, explained the problem well and best of all quick! Thanks TechVill.

  We had great service from John repairing a frozen line on our 20 plus year old Viking fridge. On time, polite and professional. He also checked into getting replacement parts from Viking for a broken drawer and problematic door hinge (respectively incredibly expensive & unavailable but not Techvill's fault) and reported back to me right away. We've used Techvill for our other Viking appliances and have always had a good experience.

  I can't tell you how happy I was with Evan and the folks at Techville Appliance Repair. After a frustrating and arduous warranty fight with Frigidaire who sent an incompetent tech from a different company who actually further damaged the machine, they finally sent the job to Techville. Hallelujah. I was contacted in a timely manner and an appointment with Evan was made for the following day. Evan was on time, professional, efficient and most important, competent. He explained to me the state of the machine and what had been done incorrectly before, repaired it on the spot in a timely manner yet was clear and honest in explaining that despite the machine being fixed he felt a part needed replacing and did not recommend we use the machine immediately. Two days later, with part in hand, Evan returned and got us up and running again. TLDR: Two massive thumbs up to both tech and company. Kept the card, will use these guys again in the future 💯. 👍🏻 5

  They came out on the day that I called them-very rare these days. They confirmed that they were coning 20 minutes before they arrived.. They properly fixed the problem and took the time to explain what the problem was. Excellent service, highly recommended.

  Amazing service! We had Alan come out to fix our washing machine and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Will be using this company anytime we need appliance repair and will tell our friends because of the amazing service.

  Amazing experience with TechVill! Highly Recommend! Friendly, customer focused, responsive, competitive and reasonable pricing and most importantly knowledgeable and experienced tech. Called to make an appointment late in the day hoping for a same day appointment after a different service company cancelled on us. TechVill was booked up but shortly after I got a call back from them (completely unprompted) to say they just had a cancellation and would I like the appointment! Above and beyond - amazing customer service! Alan came to see us, super friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything so we understood the issues with our freezer. He also recommended the most economical path which was to replace it despite that meaning he didn't have any further repair work to do - wanting us to have the best experience and outcome for money spent.

  Ronaldo from Techvill was excellent in servicing our dishwasher. His service was very helpful, thorough & timely. Very fast service provided in Canmore! I will definitely use Techvill again for all of our appliance needs!!

  My experience with this company was phenomenal. They called back quickly, arrived early, were very courteous, quickly found the problem and advised whether it was worthwhile fixing (as it was a countertop dishwasher). The technician spent quite a while fixing the dishwasher but didn't charge a fortune. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their service.
