  Evan was great, called to let me know when he would be arriving. Even though he couldn't fix or figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher which obviously is not his fault. He told me exactly what he was recommending to GE to do. I was satisfied with the plan.

  We asked the technician to investigate the excessively long drying time on our new dryer. After investigation, the technician concluded that the dryer was fine, and most likely the vent was clogged. He was right. We had the vent cleaned and it solved the problem.

  Great technician, came out next day and fixed my Miele coffee machine. Very knowledgeable, found the problems and had them repaired within 2 hours. Confirmed the repair multiple times. Very fair prices since most companies would charge a hefty premium when it comes to high end appliances. Technician mentioned he works on all sorts of appliances and all brand names. Highly recommend techvill.

  I called at 9:30 in the morning, and by 12:00 my broken dishwasher was running again. The problem was a bit weird and I was very happy that the technician made a real effort to test the different settings and make sure it was resolved.

  Wow—we were very happy with the service and the technician’s expertise and work on our Sub Zero. Our fridge is an older model, and they completed a huge repair and overhaul on our sub zero to get it going. It works beautifully and I cannot express how happy we are with the outcome.   The technician came on time with a 30min heads up call. He fixed the broken timer knob using a creative way instead of asking me to order a new one which would cost me $85 for part plus labor. Great people great service! Highly recommended!

  I had John out again and he came with a Gentleman named Alex. He went over my washer dryer combo again and took it apart and found clogged tubing which he cleaned out and it made my machine run smoothly with no error codes and he went over a dishwasher I haven't used in years. He took a good look at dishwasher and gave it a thumbs up. Unfortunately I can't have 2 reviews at one time so this is my second review and I'm still impressed with John and would only use techvill to look at my apliances. Plus I would only ask for John..I do know the rest of the techs will be amazing if they have the same approach as John has.. Super happy and super impressed..Cheers.

  We contacted Techvill repair service and setup an appointment Their people contact us by phone to let us know that they were available sooner then our schedule appointment. He thoroughly analyzed the breakdown, explained to us the possible causes, and suggested the best option to solve the problem. Most importantly, he was flexible and offered several repair options, taking into account our preferences and budget. The repair was completed on time and on quality. The specialist told us in detail about the work done and gave us some useful tips on how to take care of the washing machine, which we found particularly valuable. The result of the work was such that we decided not to buy a new washing machine, but to use TechVill's services for maintenance and future appliance repair.   We were having a problem with our stove. Looked up companies online and found TechVill, noticing their rating. I contacted them via email and Vlad got back to me the same day. He gave me a quote and talked about warranties and such. We set up the appointment, which was in a two hour window, and Ron came within the allotted window. He fixed the issue and showed me how to do a minor fix going forward (in case it happened again) and also gave us some basic, easy maintenance tips going forward. Both Vlad and Ron were friendly, professional and made us feel important. I would highly recommend TechVill to anyone who needs appliance work done!!

  Called them on the Wednesday, made the appointment for Thursday on my schedule. Evan arrived within 15 minutes of the schedule time. He went right to work in the in the diagnosis of the problem. Verified the correct operation of the dryer. Found it could me one of two things. We will wait for a quote for the most cost effective correction to the issue. Very happy with the service.

  Came and diagnosed my fridge issue within 24 hours, sent an estimate in next day, ordered needed parts and came and installed all as promised. Technician, Vinson, was excellent and went over and above to ensure my fridge was working and new part installed correctly and had some good advice on repairs/replacement in the future. A pleasure to have him in my home and to work through the problem. Highly recommend TechVill.

  I never have any issues with TechVill. I call them and they are able to come in a couple of days. I have used them for my dishwasher and Washing Machine. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The price is fair. I have no issues recommending them to the community.

  Undecided as to repair our 7 year old Kenmore Elite French Door fridge. Which had stopped cooling. Or buy a new fridge for $3600.00 We decided to repair our kenmore fridge. The tech named Won performed a diagnosis and replaced the fridge & freezer compartment evaporator coil’s. The cost repair was reasonable. Won brought our fridge back to life and is now cooling in the fridge and the freezer is working like new. Do not hesitate to call Techville Appliance Repair. Kari arranged the service call.   My fridge had an issue during weekend. I called the number on Saturday and Alex was able to send a technician on Monday. Ron came on Monday and checked my fridge. He was very professional and he found the issue right away. Unfortunately he had to order a replacement from Whirlpool. I thought it would take a week but he came back with a replacement on Thursday. It is the coldest day ever in Calgary and traffic was awful and road conditions were really bad. But he made it happen for me and fixed the fridge! It is now working as a new again. Thank you so much for all your hard work and I recommend your company to everyone!

  I received a quick appointment from Techvill when I asked them to look at our ailing washing machine. John arrived promptly and was extremely thorough in his examination of the patient. He showed me photos of the problem and explained clearly what the issue was. He advised about the limited prospect of a successful repair but was more than willing to undertake it if we chose that option. When I asked his advice about a replacement, he was very informative about the pros and cons of front loader v top loader and really helpful when I asked his advice about different brands etc. Most of all, I was really appreciative of John's advice as to how to continue to use the machine safely, until our new one arrives. I would have no hesitation in recommending Techvill: it was a first class service and John was friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you to the whole Techvill team.

  The appointment making experience was very effective. I was called prior to the appointment and Max arrived shortly thereafter. He was thorough in his diagnostic approach and explained everything to me. Even though he got everything back and working he looked up a part just in case I may need it in the future in which case I can contact Techvill to set up the installation.   I booked off line not knowing anyone who had used this company. The communication was quick to get a technician out to look at my dishwasher. Evan came and was very friendly ,honest knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and it was fixed within a few days I can't say enough about the professionalism, experience and honesty of Evan and the company. The cost was very competitive and I will be using them to repair my ice maker and any other issues that may arise with any of my appliances.   I was very happy with the service provided by Techvill. My fridge quit and they were able to send a tech over that day. Unfortunately a part was needed but he came back the next morning and had it installed in no time. The charge was reasonable.Would definitely recommend Techvill !

  I’m a repeat customer of Techvill and they have always provided top-value customer service, diagnostics, and repairs and remediation.Most recently, our Frigidaire fridge broke down and Boris (the technician) was able to thoroughly examine the appliance, communicate what was wrong and then fix it. In addition to their technicians, their customer service and scheduling staff have always been pleasant, accommodating and genuine in their approach. Nobody ever wants to have their appliances break but if they do you should call Techvill.

  On October 4, 2023, Andre came to repair the washing machine in our residence. The machine was on warranty and the previous company Technician could not determine what was causing the machine to malfunction. This went on for four months. Imagine our delight when Andre determined the washing machine tub did not function and a replacement was needed. He brought the new washing machine tub the next day. After installation the washing machine worked. The following day, Andre came back and re-programmed the dashboard on the machine, which was previously installed by another company.. The water had been filling on Soak, which it did not do before the previous company Technician installation. After Andre left, the washing machine filled on Fill as it was supposed to. Andre is extremely knowledgeable about this appliance. He has been in Canada for four months from a war-torn country. He did such a great job. Please put something positive in his employment file, as he is so pleasant to communicate with.

  We purchased a Thermador wall unit and had a power surge in the NW of Calgary and it blew out our circuit board. Gave TechVill a call and they went into recovery mode. Great customer service!!! IMMEDIATE response and an AMAZING KNOWLEDGE technician and team. VERY VERY HIGH recommend. Also they kept on the supplier to make sure the parts are sent out IMMEDIATELY! I will use them again for sure and a HIGH recommended!! THANK YOU

  My experience with TechVill was positive, quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for fast turnaround. They had my standalone freezer up and going almost immediately. TechVill Appliance Repair is the Calgary & area rep for Electrolux which now owns Refrigidaire. I would never recommend purchasing a Refrigidaire appliance -- Refrigidaire has been taken over by Electrolux and their head office staff in the US (I believe) are difficult and rude to deal with. Thanks TechVill and Evan for making my experience with TechVill positive!!

  Such an awesome experience dealing with a company that gets doing the right thing when it comes to customer service - it is rare to see now a days when a company goes above and beyond to make things right which TechVill did. I have been a customer since 2018 and have used TechVill on a number of occasions. Most recently, I had called them to send out a technician to clean the carbon off of the burners of my gas stove (rather than doing it myself I wanted to make sure it was properly done) and to clean out the filter and surrounding parts in my dishwasher. I was not home but my assistant was there and paid with my credit card. When I got home, I realized that I was charged an extra $69 which they ultimately determined was an error and refunded me. Too many companies fight tooth and nail to stick with what they charged and dig in instead of just doing the right thing and fixing things which TechVill did. There are so many alternatives available to do business with it’s hard to choose so you do my inadvertently deal with a predatory company out to overcharge you. I hope this review will help you to know that, from my experience, TechVill is a quality company you can rely on and I would recommend choosing them.

  My refrigerator's ice maker was not working and I contacted Techvill, they came and told me the ice maker is faulty and have to replace it. They placed the order and called me once they received the part. Came in on time, efficient and quick in responding. The technician was knowledgeable as well. They know what they are doing. I am happy with their service.

  I use Techvill Appliance Repair several times per week for my job as a property mananger. Vida is so professional and friendly, very responsive to email requests and always dispatching technicians quickly. She helps coordinate with our tenants for access which saves our company a lot of time, and they always come as scheduled. They provide detailed reports and quotes, and their service calls are very affordable at $80 for the initial visit/service call, compared to other repair companies I've used in the past. Their service is excellent and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

  I've had them twice to service two different problems ( both known now to be endemic with Samsung fridge design flaws) . Both technicians were very knowledgeable, and didnt try to upsell me, and were just really nice guys!!! Their service call fees are very reasonable,

  Boris came to fix our wolf oven and did amazing job. As well, he showed me how to clean the condenser of our sub zero fridge. Both appliances are 10 Years old and thanks to techville they will be around alot longer. Oven was diagnosed and fixed within a week. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to ever use them again!!!! Thanks so much!

  Extremely satisfied with their service. Called at 2pm and they gave me same day service, and it wasn't even an emergency. The technician arrived just before 5pm and didn't leave until he had diagnosed and resolved the leak in our Samsung built in fridge. It was almost 8pm. Very thorough!!

  Our oven was not working and Tech Vill got me an appointment the very next day to diagnose the problem. Ronaldo was punctual and identified the issue quickly and managed to come back a couple days later with the required part to do the final repair. Ronaldo was attentive and so nice, very professional and adept at his job.

  We had great service from John repairing a frozen line on our 20 plus year old Viking fridge. On time, polite and professional. He also checked into getting replacement parts from Viking for a broken drawer and problematic door hinge (respectively incredibly expensive & unavailable but not Techvill's fault) and reported back to me right away. We've used Techvill for our other Viking appliances and have always had a good experience.

  I can't tell you how happy I was with Evan and the folks at Techville Appliance Repair. After a frustrating and arduous warranty fight with Frigidaire who sent an incompetent tech from a different company who actually further damaged the machine, they finally sent the job to Techville. Hallelujah. I was contacted in a timely manner and an appointment with Evan was made for the following day. Evan was on time, professional, efficient and most important, competent. He explained to me the state of the machine and what had been done incorrectly before, repaired it on the spot in a timely manner yet was clear and honest in explaining that despite the machine being fixed he felt a part needed replacing and did not recommend we use the machine immediately. Two days later, with part in hand, Evan returned and got us up and running again. TLDR: Two massive thumbs up to both tech and company. Kept the card, will use these guys again in the future 💯. 👍🏻 5

  Amazing experience with TechVill! Highly Recommend! Friendly, customer focused, responsive, competitive and reasonable pricing and most importantly knowledgeable and experienced tech. Called to make an appointment late in the day hoping for a same day appointment after a different service company cancelled on us. TechVill was booked up but shortly after I got a call back from them (completely unprompted) to say they just had a cancellation and would I like the appointment! Above and beyond - amazing customer service! Alan came to see us, super friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything so we understood the issues with our freezer. He also recommended the most economical path which was to replace it despite that meaning he didn't have any further repair work to do - wanting us to have the best experience and outcome for money spent.

  My experience with this company was phenomenal. They called back quickly, arrived early, were very courteous, quickly found the problem and advised whether it was worthwhile fixing (as it was a countertop dishwasher). The technician spent quite a while fixing the dishwasher but didn't charge a fortune. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their service.
