Guided us on our options and put everything back in a clean way. Great service. We would highly recommend and definitely would use them again when we have issues with our appliances.

Review collected by a third partyThe appointment making experience was very effective. I was called prior to the appointment and Max arrived shortly thereafter. He was thorough in his diagnostic approach and explained everything to me. Even though he got everything back and working he looked up a part just in case I may need it in the future in which case I can contact Techvill to set up the installation. I was very happy with my service experience.

Review collected by a third partyI booked off line not knowing anyone who had used this company. The communication was quick to get a technician out to look at my dishwasher. Evan came and was very friendly ,honest knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and it was fixed within a few days I can't say enough about the professionalism, experience and honesty of Evan and the company. The cost was very competitive and I will be using them to repair my ice maker and any other issues that may arise with any of my appliances. Thank you so much for being a company with true integrity!

Unfortunately a part was needed but he came back the next morning and had it installed in no time. The charge was reasonable.Would definitely recommend Techvill !

I have recently joined ASI - Techvill in the office and their team on ground do excellent work, the ease of reporting and scheduling, and the full report on the issues with all the appliances.Appreciate them turning the repairs around in a timely manner and dealing with our tenant's request and to us in a professional, and timely manner. Review collected by a third partyI’m a repeat customer of Techvill and they have always provided top-value customer service, diagnostics, and repairs and remediation.Most recently, our Frigidaire fridge broke down and Boris (the technician) was able to thoroughly examine the appliance, communicate what was wrong and then fix it. In addition to their technicians, their customer service and scheduling staff have always been pleasant, accommodating and genuine in their approach. Nobody ever wants to have their appliances break but if they do you should call Techvill.

Review collected by a third partyOn October 4, 2023, Andre came to repair the washing machine in our residence. The machine was on warranty and the previous company Technician could not determine what was causing the machine to malfunction. This went on for four months. Imagine our delight when Andre determined the washing machine tub did not function and a replacement was needed. He brought the new washing machine tub the next day. After installation the washing machine worked. The following day, Andre came back and re-programmed the dashboard on the machine, which was previously installed by another company.. The water had been filling on Soak, which it did not do before the previous company Technician installation. After Andre left, the washing machine filled on Fill as it was supposed to. Andre is extremely knowledgeable about this appliance. He has been in Canada for four months from a war-torn country. He did such a great job. Please put something positive in his employment file, as he is so pleasant to communicate with.

Review collected by a third partyWe purchased a Thermador wall unit and had a power surge in the NW of Calgary and it blew out our circuit board. Gave TechVill a call and they went into recovery mode. Great customer service!!! IMMEDIATE response and an AMAZING KNOWLEDGE technician and team. VERY VERY HIGH recommend. Also they kept on the supplier to make sure the parts are sent out IMMEDIATELY! I will use them again for sure and a HIGH recommended!! THANK YOU
