  The battery arrived with the bottom corner of its plastic exterior dented and creased in two locations with the case protruding outward at the creases as if the battery had been dropped. The exterior of the corrugated cardboard shipping box appeared normal but there was very little padding between the bottom of the battery and the interior of shipping box except for a couple of what appeared to be scraps of thin corrugated cardboard than did not completely line the bottom. This was much less padding than was provided on the other 5 sides. Although dented and creased there appeared to be no leaks in the battery case, The battery was found to have charge and was installed. I do not know what if any damage the inner workings of the battery sustained or if the damage has affected the battery's longevity.

  There doesn't appear to be many battery sellers that carry batteries to fit the APC BN650M1 and BE600M1, and have F2 terminals. I am pleased with your web site and batteries. Your shipping department could use some help. This last shipment of batteries almost came as an empty box. I was very surprised that the batteries stayed in the box somehow, for the bottom was ripped open due to very poor packaging. Once you get your shipping department up to par, you will be in good shape.

  Charger seems to work as designed. Haven't had it in service long enough to make any statement as to how well it will keep my Oddysey AGM battery charged this winter. The instructions are a mish mash. Needs to be rewritten by someone with experience. Wish now I would have went with a larger capacity NOCO unit. NOCO instructions are very easy to following In the end, the CTEK unit installed exactly the same way as the NOCO unit. Get someone that knows how to write instructions. Regards

  It DOES NOT fit the Sportdog SD-400 transmitter… I sent a picture of the battery you sent and the transmitter with the battery it came with, the one you sent will not fit in the battery compartment. Please stop telling me it is the correct battery, it is condescending and rude!

  Batteries were what we ordered and are working well. Shipping was also good. However, the packaging was a huge mess. They broke sheets of styrofoam to fit into the boxes and that left hundreds of tiny styrofoam beads all over the place after pulling the batteries out of the boxes. At the bare minimun, they could cut the styrofoam sheets rather than break them to reduce the mess or put the batteries in a plastic bag to keep the beads out.

  Batteries used to be relatively cheap and affordable. When the battery finally went dead in my son's Miata, I checked the local big-chain auto store. I was surprised they only had one battery option for us, and the price was insanely high — just about $300, after tax and a core charge. And that was for their house brand battery. So I hopped online, only to see the same ridiculous pricing just about everywhere. Only High-Tech Battery Solutions had a price that was not just fair, but remarkable. For less than HALF the cost, we got a Deka AGM battery! It was delivered in just a few days, too. No need to worry about sending back our old, dead battery either — NO core charge! For our future battery needs, High-Tech Battery Solutions will always be our first stop.

  I was looking for batteries for my scooter, which I normally get at Amazon. But I had a problem with the batteries and was looking for something better. I was directed to your website and will forever be a huge fan. I am disabled and rely heavily on my equipment and need a company that can provide me with a variety of products to choose from at a reasonable price.
